THE INFLUENCE OF YOUR PHYSICAL ASSET ON YOUR LIFE AND ON YOUR RESOURCES Due to the effect your PHYSICAL ASSET has on the quality and LENGTH OF YOUR LIFE, as well as on all of your resources, it is extremely important that you take care of your body and your health daily, in many aspects, on a regular basis. It is worth for you to recognise as early as possible that today you have more opportunity to maintain, protect, and nurture your PHYSICAL ASSET, and with it your HEALTH than ever before, therefore, it’s important for you to keep in view that due to this you are able to create a longer, more substantial, and higher quality life, and of course to your Family, than ever before.

In order for you to be able to do this, you must take extra care about four things, which are: • eating well, • exercising, • your weight as a result of the above two, • and your sleep and your relaxation.

For the purpose of preserving your health, it’s important that you eat consciously! It is worth for you to take the well-known saying seriously:

“You are what you eat.”

Similarly to your eating habits, it’s also important that you regularly consume the appropriate amount of liquids; don’t forget that this is one of the most important elements of your PHYSICAL, MENTAL, and INTELLECTUAL ASSETS!

For this reason, consider eating less but better quality food rather than more of a lower quality. (You will end up with the same price overall, but the results will be striking!)

Resulting from the growth of the population and therefore the increased production demand, today’s food industry unfortunately uses processing technologies whereby the food that ends up on our tables has lost significantly from its quality; so it’s highly important that you take dietary supplements in the SUCCESS-TRAVEL forms of vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. With this, you can greatly decrease the risk of developing diseases, and with that you can avoid having to take medication along with their undesirable side effects. All of the above will not only influence your PHYSICAL ASSET with extremely positive effects but at the same time it will increase the freshness and resilience of your MENTAL and INTELLECTUAL ASSET as well.

In addition to all of this, try to quit all of your bad habits, meaning your INHIBITING BAD PRACTICES, such as excessive alcohol and coffee consumption, smoking, and aninappropriate lifestyle, etc. Don’t forget that these detrimental habits – or if you prefer, INHIBITING BAD PRACTICES – have severe and lasting negative effects on your PHYSICAL ASSET, your HEALTH, and on all of your OTHER RESOURCES, and with that on the quality of your whole life.

Instead of these detrimental INHIBITING BAD PRACTICES, it is a much better choice to instate GOOD HABITS supporting your DREAMS and GOALS in your everyday practice.

while your SUPPORTING GOOD HABITS may take a greater effort to develop, you will be able to live your life with them more easily and happily!

The two most common excuses are “I don’t have the MONEY TO DO THIS!” and the other is ““I don’t have the TIME to do this!” Your mind gives life to your desires, and your hands make them happen!

Of course, at this point that are some who find various self-justifying excuses to explain why they can’t afford to do all this.

Paul Pitchford points out that people find their possessions very important. They fill the best oil in their car, buy beautiful furniture, while they eat the cheapest and worst quality food. Because sometimes they value their car more than their own bodies.

SUCCESS-TRAVEL

For the purpose of the maintenance of your PHYSICAL ASSET and your HEALTH, you must also take good care – in addition to your eating habits – that you schedule at least 3-4 hours of intensive exercise weekly in your RESTING and FREE TIME, which you can do by any kind of active sports activity done in a 30 to 60 minute period each day. And if you feel like doing more, you have virtually unlimited options nowadays to attend any outdoor sports events or regularly visit a nearby gym.

The lack of TIME ASSET is most certainly not true, as we have already elaborated on that in the TIME ASSET Chapter, as with the omission of watching a TV series from your schedule you have already found the needed time.

Somewhat differently from this, the excuses built on the lack of FINANCIAL ASSET are only false in about 90-95 percent, as, let’s face it, by quitting any of our detrimental habits the needed money can already be allocated. For example, the price of one week’s cigarettes will already buy you a fitness or gym pass.

It is important, therefore, that you keep in view that your psychological well-being is of high importance, but at the same time, your physical aptitude must go along with it – as it also goes vice versa. As your PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL ASSET mutually effect positive and negative influence on each other, and both together on you. For this reason, these two of your RESOURCES together determine your everyday well-being, which in turn affects your mood, your view, as well as, of course, your actions.

As an old proverb says:

“A sound mind in a sound body and a sound soul has a body full of life.” ancient wisdom

Don’t forget that as with respect to your MENTAL and INTELLECTUAL ASSETS, in the case of your PHYSICAL ASSET it is also true that first you must change yourself, and only afterwards will your environment change also.

And the remaining 5-10 percent of cases, when we have no negative habit to leave behind and we can legitimately conclude that “I don’t have time for this!”, then still nothing is “lost,” as in this case a 30-60 minute jog or walk will also do – which, evidently, do not cost any money!

You must take good care, then, of your PHYSICAL ASSET and your HEALTH, and exercise regularly, since the physical exercise will not only improve your general well-being but thereby your stamina as well. And you must agree that this has increased importance with respect to creating your SUCCESSFUL LIFE, as contrary to millions of people’s misconception, SUCCESS does not have a “secret” as much as it has a “price,” which everyone has to, or had to, pay. 3

Obviously, as in the case of everything else, there are exceptions to this also, e.g., lottery winners and heirs of fortunes; however, how long they are able to sustain the “SUCCESS” that fell in their lap is dubious if they fail to develop themselves to a level where they are mentally capable of its sustainment.

People who have become successful on their own resources take extraordinary care of their congenital RESOURCES, such as their EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL ASSETS. They are quite clear that if all of these are in order, then – in addition to their moods becoming more balanced – their stamina doubles, and with that taking the few EXTRA STEPS to lay the foundations for their extraordinary success will not pose a difficulty.

And if thanks to your outstanding EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL ASSETS and your health from today you will regularly do the few EXTRA STEPS and will do your TASKS, STEPS, and ACTIVITIES arising in connection with your GOALS AT AN ABOVE-AVERAGE LEVEL, then the chances of your SUCCESS will noticeably grow.

It is astounding how much you are able to accomplish and attain for the realisation of your DREAMS and GOALS with these few EXTRA STEPS. You should know that these few EXTRA STEPS have very little demand on your RESOURCES, but these “deals” offer amazingly great gain to you with respect to the realisation of your DREAMS and GOALS.

And if, similarly to them, you too take a few more STEPS than what is in your pre-designated GOALS, then the chances of creating your SUCCESSFUL LIFE literally multiplies! If you think it over, you will realise that in most cases a slight over-performance of the expectations and requests of the people who are in a relationships with you lays the best foundations of your SUCCESS in a given TARGET AREA.

And if you integrate this view in your own business, you will soon notice that shortly you will have very many returning customers thanks to this – and owing to your over-performing on your customers’ expectations, your good reputation will spread by word of mouth in an unprecedented extent.

THE THIRD IMPORTANT FACTOR INFLUENCING YOUR PHYSICAL ASSET IS YOUR WEIGHT If you pay enough attention to the previous two factors – your eating and exercising influencing your PHYSICAL ASSET and your HEALTH, then you will have nothing else to do concerning your weight, as you will always be able to maintain your optimum weight.

And of course that you do it among the appropriate circumstances, as it is about one third of your life that you spend sleeping – so the conditions in which you do it are not at all insignificant.
