Events and things in themselves are completely neutral. It is always you who givePOSITIVE, negative, or neutral MEANING to a thing or event. Primarily, it is not these things and events that create your life but much rather what MEANING you give to things and events, and afterwards how you react to them.

However, if they were to assign to the errors and mistakes, and negative events the POSITIVE MEANING of “What can I learn from the errors and mistakes I’ve made,” then their emotions would turn positive immediately.
If you turn the things and events in your everyday life from negative to positive, then the negative feelings will simply turn to positive ones.
If a given thing comes into your scope, or something happens to you and you say that this thing is negative for you, that is only negative because you yourself have given it THAT meaning. All of this can mainly be detected in the everyday activities of adults in cases when they make a mistake or err in something, or perhaps negative event outside their control happens to them.
