2 NPA minors yield in Bukidnon By CRIS DIAZ Executive Editor

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Two minors, both combatants of the outlawed New People’s Army (NPA), yield to the military in Bukidnon, a report reaching here said Tuesday. Lt. Sancho S. Tomaquin, Jr. spokesperson of the army’s 88IB based in Maramag,

Bukidnon identified the NPA combatants only as “Ruffa” and “Job,” both 15 years old. Tomaquin said that the minors were regular members of the Guerilla Front (GF) Malayag, Sub-Regional Committee 2 (SRC2) of the North Central Mindanao Regional Party Committee (NCMRC). He said that the minoes

surrendered Monday and confirmed reports that the NPA’s were engaged in the recruitment of children as part of the NPA regular combatants. “Ruffa” and “Job” told the military that a certain “Junjun” recruited them under pretext of hiring them as factory workers in Quezon, Bukidnon.

Tomaquin said that instead of bringing them to Quezon, a group of armed men met the minors in the hinterlands and prevented them from leaving. Although they were afraid of joining the NPA’s armed group, the minors could not do otherwise because of fear, Tomaquin said. “Fatigue, hunger and

SCIENCE and medicine were used as justification for the labeling, persecution, and eventual mass murder of millions of people, grounded in a hierarchical system of classification of human beings based on their perceived worth to society (Stacy Gallin, 2019: 38-45) I was strikingly stunned when reading a research article by Stacy Gallin, published recently in 2019. It was published in Carlow Roundtable Proceedings by the Carlow University Press in 2019, pages 38-45. This great research was initiated by her motivation of learning from the mistake of past experience: holocaust. The spirit of the scientific article that Stacy wrote also reminds us—as the nations in the world--of particularly the importance of education reform globally. The reform includes human dignity and human rights for every nation. Human dignity as symbolized in every individual should be highlighted to make him or her live in liberty. Liberty in this sense is to educate all the nations’ consisting of individuals with their identities. Their human nature as the characters are blended and they have to exist without being excluded. In the right term, individuals can live naturally, getting involved in

society with respect, being honored, and esteemed. Therefore, the education system needs to be reformed. Science and technology development should be approached using the values depicted in the individuals’ symbolic properties. No science and technology products, nor such as any biological products from the science development are freely used for negative purposes. Stacy Gallin (2019) reiterated that we have to learn from the past. But, we have to forget the disastrous effect of science and technology development on human dignity. Now that we have to forget the past, education today requires changes in the new normal. Never think that this Covid 19 comes to an end very soon! We do not know exactly when, but we must be ready to change. It is changing our habits and in education, it is a change in the system. It is better to adapt to the new normal with changes in behavior; changes in our

Dr. Djuwari

habits for a better future through education. All education systems around the world should also focus on bioethics implementation. G.J Annas (2010) gave an example of American bioethics. It has a significant impact on the way medicine is used for health purposes. Like bioethics, the health law is also an applied field (Annas, G.J., 2010). This law is applied in medicine, biotechnology, and public health. They are used for human dignity purposes. It needs a global movement through a global organ. The United Nations (UN) through UNESCO can take this topic into account. The entire nation with its national education system must be both nationally and globally directed to this bioethics and law that supports it. G.J. Annas also stated that American bioethics and international human rights were born of World War II: Holocaust. See EDUCATION, page 11

Kim’s Dream

God’s Book, the Holiest

THE holiest of books is not one written by evangelists or well-known prophets but one authored by God Himself, evolving through billion of years, shown in the beauty of the universe. Neither is it written in words nor in any language and is opened 24 hours a day, has no literacy requirement and can well be understood using not one but five senses. That book is said to be a manifestation of the Unseen using the great void as its pages and the four elements of the Universe as its alphabets, namely, fire, water, earth and wind. It is called the book of nature written through the ages that contains all the mysteries of life and the laws that must be obeyed irrespective of race, color, belief, gender and class. The 250 million stars in the cosmos can well speak of that element called fire that touches us through the glorious sun. Every time the sun proclaims a new day, that bursting of the light in the horizon shows that darkness defeats the light. In the same breath that truth always prevails over lies, righteousness over diabolic acts, love over hate, the just over the unjust, and life over death. But we also read in that book that even the darkness has some good in it because it shows us the stars.

From the element called water we have learned that flowing is the essence of life as to stagnate means diseases, sorrows and death. For it to flow, it must seek a lowly path as it gains more power be falling down. In the 70’s, during the height of the First Quarter Storm, we always heard the adage, “Let not a single drop of rain go out to the sea without serving the people.” There is also that cleansing and healing power of water. It has been said that sometimes the passions of the heart emit so much heat which only dies down through the cooling effect of the water we drink. From the lowly earth grows the mighty tree and the beautiful flower. It may contain all the rot but even the wise, the powerful and the beautiful have to return to the earth as their final destiny. Such is the destiny of form. But life is eternal and every human being is life that much be connected to the formless, the Unmanifested, the Being. Feel that Being inside you and you will feel the peace and stillness that is shown by the beautiful flower and the trees. Feel that stillness, see the radiance of nature and be one with Life. The message is resoundingly clear: man has to continuously move on to seek his destiny but only be being

humble can he be exalted. Once he flaunts his arrogance in utter disregard of the book of nature, he dictates his own death sentence. He cannot continuously arrogate upon himself the false belief that he has been bestowed dominion over God’s creation. On the contrary, there is now the increasing consciousness of bio-equality recognizing the right to life of all God’s creation. Often disregarded, even the unseen wind has its own story to tell as its fundamental role is only recognized in its absence. How can one live without air to breathe yet it is always taken for granted? Like our love ones whom we have more often than not, taken for granted, yet so integral to us that we cannot live, in fact, without them. The book of nature presents laws which are very easy to understand but have been violated all these years. It says that everything is inter-connected. When forests are denuded, soil erodes forming silts which are carried by the rivers to the sea, destroying the coral See BOOK, page 11

CDO Filipino-Chinese Community, MOFCCCII respond to covid challenge By MIKE BAÑOS Editor at large

THERE’s no such thing as donor fatigue for the Cagayan de Oro FilipinoChinese Community and its partner organization Misamis Oriental Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (MOFCCCII). As if the millions of pesos worth of donations for frontliners in the Northern Mindanao Medical Center, Region’s X primary covid-19 referral center, and the J.R. Borja General Hospital last year were not enough, the two organizations have continued to share their kindness and generosity to the frontliners and most affected sectors of the Cagayan de Oro Community in this second year of the global pandemic. No politics behind thinning of power reserves during May election By KRIS CRISMUNDO

SoKor lifts ban on PH chicken meat, pet birds imports By CHRISTINE CUDIS

MANILA – The Philippine Agriculture Office (PAO) in Seoul, South Korea announced that they have already obtained the final approval of the Korean government to lift the temporary prohibition of chicken meat and pet birds (birds other than poultry) imports from the Philippines. Maria Alilia Maghirang, agriculture attaché in Seoul, in a memorandum addressed to Agriculture Secretary William Dar which was shared to reporters on Monday, noted that this was following the PAO’s appeal submitted to the Korean government early this month.

MANILA – The Department of Energy (DOE) said there are no political reasons behind the projected thinning of power reserves during the week of election next year, and no power interruption is expected during the period. In a press conference Tuesday, DOE Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella clarified that it is the power reserves that are thinning, not the power supply. Fuentebella said the power supply is projected to be above the yellow alert level, which means no power interruption is expected this election week. “The Department of Energy stated in the previous fora that there is a thinning of reserves for the Election Day and thereafter,” he said. “May mga political na scenarios na tinitingnan dito? Wala po. (Are we looking at political scenarios here? None.).” The DOE official added

In March 2020, the Republic of Korea (ROK), through the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MAFRA), prohibited the imports of Philippine chicken meat and pet birds under “Import Sanitary Condition of Philippine chicken” and “Import Sanitary Condition of birds except poultry” in accordance with H5 avian influenza (HPAI) outbreak in the Philippines last year. “PAO Seoul closely coordinated with the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and the Animal and Plant THE country’s fastest-growQuarantine Agency (APQA) ing and third biggest oil for the swift correspondence player, Phoenix Petroleum, and timely submission of has added five new honors See LIFTS, page 10 to its list of achievements as the company’s programs were recently recognized by the 18th International Business Awards (IBA), also known as the Stevies. the reason for the thinning of power reserves during Weeks 19 to 23, from May to June 2022, is because of higher demand and lack of water for hydro power plants. “We are coordinating closely and monitoring the situation. We have to make sure we maintain this or improve this. And how do

we do that? Through proper coordination and preparation,” Fuentebella said. He said that three years ago, DOE Secretary Alfonso Cusi issued a department circular to secure power supply for elections. However, there are possible factors that could affect the power supply during this critical period which

include forced outages of power plants, preventive maintenance, and derations, he added. For the country’s largest distribution utility, Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) spokesperson Joe Zaldarriaga said there are no major problems that the company encountered during the

FOUR MORE BARANGAYS DECLARED AS DRUG-CLEARED IN BALINDONG, LANAO SUR STATEMENT OF PRESIDENTIAL COMMUNICATIONS SECRETARY MARTIN ANDANAR ON LABOR SECRETARY SILVESTRE BELLO III’S HEALTH AFTER CONTRACTING COVID-19 We extend our prayers of speedy recovery and good health to Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III following the unfortunate news that he had recently contracted COVID-19. We hope for the swift recovery of Secretary Bello so that he can continue fulfilling his duties and responsibilities to the Philippine government, our Filipino laborers, both here and abroad, and the general public. And also continue his exemplary work in doing his part in assisting us all in our path to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

MANILA - Four more barangays in the town of Balindong in Lanao del Sur have been recently declared drug-free, according to Mayor Benjamin Bagul on Tuesday. Barangays Lumbacalalan, Pagayawan, Dibarusan and Limbo were declared drugfree barangays on August 15, 2021 by the members of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). “Ang aim natin diyan is makapag-drug clear tayo ng maayos in a sense na

ma-appreciate ng tao efforts natin [Our aim is to make sure that we are able to declare drug-free barangays effectively in a way that the people will appreciate],” Mayor Bagul said during the Network Briefing News with host Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar. “We want to make sure na ma-maintain natin yung pagiging drug-cleared. Hindi tayo nagmamadali just to make sure [We are also making sure that we will maintain the drug-clear titles. We are not in a hurry,

we just want to be sure],” he added. There are now a total of six drug-cleared barangays there. Balindong is a fourth class municipality with 38 barangays. Balance between tourism and environment In the same program, Mayor Bagul stressed that with the rising popularity of tourism in their town, the local government continues to recognize the balance between nature and tourism. Mt. Matampor in Balindong is a known hiking site in the town. The LGU is still restricting the conduct of

outdoor recreations there because of the pandemic, while ensuring that the health of the environment is maintained. Floating cottages can also be found in Lake Lanao which became a tourist site for the town. Mayor Bagul noted that they also do clean-up drives to ensure that Lake Lanao won’t be polluted. “We’re still prohibiting illegal fishing as usual. When it comes to the environment, we often conduct clean-up drives around Lake Lanao with NGOs, because Lake Lanao is very important to us,” he said.

With the unfortunate circumstance of Secretary Bello, we continue to remind everyone to follow all health and safety protocols against the virus, to take part in the government’s vaccination program and gain immunity, as well as to seek reliable and truthful news and information from all PCOO programs. Let us all work together and do our part, so that we may heal and recover as one nation.

MCFLCW is a federation of Bukidnon-Tagolwanen Indigenous People in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. It is operating a Central Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and a buying station for recyclable materials. Rapid population growth in the city due to natural increases and the influx of migrants from neighboring places has caused a greater volume of waste. An average of 20,548 kg/day of wastes is brought to the city’s disposal facility daily. Most of this comes from the wastes generated by households, institutions, commercial establishments, and street sweepings. Out of the av-

erage volume, wastes from the household rank first at 52.24 %. The City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), together with DOST-X, proposed a livelihood project using Charcoal Briquetting Technology. The project employs 25 women from MCFLCW, at the same time, reduces the volume of waste products in the composting facility. The waste reduction process is through diverting biodegradable wastes collected into charcoal briquettes. Charcoal Briquette is a compacted mass of fuel material made from charcoal fines and binder and molded under pressure. It is less messy than ordinary charcoal and easier to handle because it is compact and uniform in size. Also, it easily ignites, burns more slowly, giving more intense heat per unit volume, and is almost smokeless when burning. Moreover, DOST-X shall See GRANTS, page 10

Bangsamoro farmers to receive 4,800 of agri lands

DEPARTMENT of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Brother John Castriciones disclosed that around 4,800.34 hectares of agricultural lands is set to be distributed by the DAR on October this year to the farmers of Bangsamoro to empower the agricultural sector in the region. “We would distribute idle government-owned lands (GOLs) in Lanao del Sur, which include 1,300 hectares in Marawi City, 1,324.27 has. in Piagapo, 1,396.05 has. in Marantao, and 780.02 has. in Saguiran.

As of the moment, these properties are undergoing land survey to process the deed of transfer,” Brother John said during a meeting with President Rodrigo Duterte. The meeting with the President was held on August 16, 2021, in Davao City, attended by heads of various government agencies to report and discuss their respective agency’s accomplishments and program updates. ment of National Defense (DND), under the leadership of Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, the DAR entered into an agreement with the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) to distribute the said lands. “The basis for distributing the GOLs is Executive Order (EO) No. 75, Series of 2019, which was signed by the President in February of 2019, subjecting all public lands under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). This Executive Order en-

abled us to provide more lands to our farmers who are still landless,” Castriciones said. The Secretary emphasized that GOLs awarded to the farmers are free because these properties are owned by the government. According to his report, 2,660 has. of GOLs were already distributed to 2,216 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) nationwide. Knorr leverages 3 Ps to fight malnutrition MANILA, PHILIPPINES— A recent rapid assessment survey conducted by the Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) in select areas revealed that 6 out of 10 households report “moderate to severe” food insecurity. Among those surveyed, households with children (74.7%) and pregnant women (80.8%) report experiencing the highest level of insecurity. Majority of these children (88.6%) do not receive supplementary feeding, and almost 1 in 4 children (23.4%) under 6 years of age reported loss of weight. While the issues of food insecurity and malnutrition were magnified by the ongoing pandemic, the fight for proper nutrition has already been raging for decades in the Philippines. For more than 20 years, Knorr has been championing proper nutrition for every Filipino. After positively affecting the lives of over 2 million previously undernourished Filipino children, the leading food brand swears by its three main pillars for success— Parents, Partnerships, and Products. Parents In most Filipino households, moms are still the primary decision makers for nutrition. This makes them the first line of defense against malnutrition, and an essential partner in ensuring that key measures for nutrition are effectively implemented at home. The Knorr Nutrition E d u c at i o n P ro g r a m — Knorr’s most successful grassroots efforts for nutrition—demonstrated the important role that moms play in ensuring that their families have access to meals that provide them

with the nutrition they need to increase chances of succeeding in life. For over two decades, the program has been educating moms in community and classroom settings, addressing the two common barriers to proper nutrition—lack of knowledge and limited budget. Aside from teaching moms about proper eating habits and the importance of nutrition not just in one’s present but also their future, Knorr also shared recipes for delicious and nutritious meals that Filipinos are familiar with and cost little to make, including ginisang monggo, tinola, and sinigang. Through a proprietary 21-Day Program, Knorr provides everyone access to recipes that help diversify the family diet and prove that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. In partnership with the Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOSTFNRI), it features affordable and nutritious recipes made delicious with Knorr—thereby proving to parents that children can enjoy nutritious food served to them. The habit-changing program has shown a 6X increase in moms cooking healthy food within the communities and a 50% improvement of health amongst the children. Partnerships Pur p os e is integ ra l to Knorr’s business. But achieving systemic change requires collaboration with other organizations that share the brand’s vision for a better world. In t he Ph i l ippi ne s , Knorr started by working with the UN World Food Programme and Kabisig ng Kalahi for various feeding

Knorr, through its partnerships with FNRI and DOST, has been teaching moms the value of nutrition and training them on how to make affordable and nutritious meals so that they can give their families a chance at a brighter future.

One of the biggest ways that Knorr has helped fight malnutrition in the past has been through sustained feeding school-based and community-based feeding programs.

Through a proprietary 21-Day Program, Knorr provides everyone access to recipes that help diversify the family diet and prove that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.

“We believe that Knorr has an important role to play in addressing the problem of malnutrition,” says Kristine Go, Vice President for Foods & Refreshments at Unilever Philippines. “Given our reach and our portfolio of nutritious and delicious products, we are in a position to make a real difference.”

The Knorr nutrition education program is poised to scale up even further through partnerships with Pilipinas Kontra Gutom, Scaling Up Nutrition Business Network, Department of Education (DepEd), as well as various LGUs. The program currently serves 500,000 individuals across Metro Manila and CALABARZON.

BARZON. Products At the heart of Knorr’s campaign for positive nutrition is product innovation born from a passion for good food that goes right back to the brand’s earliest days. What started as products that make nutritious food taste better have now been developed into items that provide extra nourishment. Some of Knorr’s bestselling products have recently been reformulated to provide essential nutrients, from its Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix Original that now contain Vitamin C, to the popular Knorr Broth Cubes that is now also a source of Iron. Both products are market leaders, enjoying widespread use across various local

cuisines. “We believe that Knorr has an important role to play in addressing the problem of malnutrition,” says Kristine Go, Vice President for Foods & Refreshments at Unilever Philippines. “Given our reach and our portfolio of nutritious and delicious products, we are in a position to make a real difference.” Knorr’s continuing innovation and various programs for positive nutrition form part of the goals of the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, which is the company’s mission to provide positive social impact in the markets where it operates. Teachers’ Commitment in the New Learning Landscape Author: JOCEL DALAPO BERNADOS Designation: School Head School: KALIPAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Our time now drastically changed to what is not expected. This change noticeably affected many things in all facets of the educational world. Our learners have changed; our teachers have changed; our system has changed- our expectations are not met because of these changes. When COVID-19 hit us, the academe was completely in full effort to find means to have education still available for all our learners; whether in different modes- online learning, blended learning, or even modular learning. But it is also this time that the best support from our teachers to the students is challenged. Many claimed that teachers’ workload now is getting heavier compared to the previous years. If you are an educator, you could truly attest to which task you should take first because another comes after another and that is clearly exhausting. From paper works to making supplementary videos and materials for our students, monitoring, and some other things- one can truly say, “I have had enough share of this crisis we face.” Notwithstanding the cries of their exhaustion, you can see vividly teachers going the extra mile for our learners. There are some schools around the region, like in far-flung areas where you have to walk two to three hours just to reach the humble abodes of these learners- teachers neglected the tiresome journey because in their hearts are comforting and hopeful words that these students have the right to learn. While reaching their homes, you can see students who are

toiling on the acts, building their hopes, not for their education but for their families. This pandemic creates a different atmosphere in the different homes of our students. Some parents consider it a blessing so they can ask their children to help them with the crops. As an educator, there are several times we reconsider students who weren’t able to answer the modules because they are toiling. This really means a lot. When we are committed to helping them learn, our learners are also committed to helping their family especially in this most difficult time we have. Today, we still continue the battle in such dramatic transformation of everything. The struggles for teachers don’t hold only onto loads of works but also by the massive demands in the change for knowledge transmission, information technology, and the demand from the society for better learning. Regardless of these demands in the field, leading us today are hundreds and thousands of teachers who are thinking outside the box. They don’t only consider how to help learners but also how to make a strong relationship with the students, colleagues, and the community. How lovely it is to ponder that beyond our worries in the field, the demands from the society, the standards to set in the implementation- the teachers are strongly manifesting love for work and growth. In short, teachers are trying to reinvent themselves and commit once again to better serve the school and the students in this time of the pandemic.

meat to Korea. The Department of Agriculture’s (DA) National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), for their part, informed that they are in the process of completing the APQA inspection questionnaires of the Philippines’ poultry facilities for the renewal of their accreditation to export to Korea. Maghirang clarified to the DA Secretary that the Philippines can already export live birds (other than poultry) to South Korea. “Post expects Philippine chicken meat export may commence upon approval of the poultry establishments,” she added. Innovation of the Year-Consumer Service Industries category. Another innovative program, the Phoenix Block, also won a bronze trophy for New Products-Consumer Services category. These two programs showcased the company’s innovative approach in providing its services to its clients during the pandemic. “To be recognized consistently in the international scene makes us beyond proud. It is especially more rewarding as this comes while we combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This recognition from the IBA only makes us want to improve and strive more,” Phoenix Petroleum President Henry Albert Fadullon said. “We attribute this achievement to the collective effort of everyone from Phoenix to continuously work on our vision to be an indispensable partner in everyone’s journey,” he added. Fadullon also serves as the only Filipino Chairman of the Judging Committee this year, being at the helm of the Achievement and Management/Entrepreneur categories of the IBA–a category in which Phoenix does not have any entries. With this win, Phoenix now has a total of 11 IBA trophies. This is also the fourth consecutive year that the company and its programs were recognized by the renowned international awards organization. The International Business Awards is the world’s premier business award created in 2002

Focusing on the tertiary level of our educational system. There has been a huge confusion between educational training and actual jobs. The significance of this issue at that certain level stands strong. It is mainly reasoned out for the continuation of a considerable measurement of instruction in perspective to the jobless or underemployed individuals. In a statement given by Dean Salvador Belaro Jr., a Cornell-instructed Congressman representing 1-Ang Edukasyon Party-list in the House of Representatives said that the quantity of taught jobless stretches around 600,000 every year. He alludes to the said condition as the “schooling hole”. However, this is being dealt with abstractedly by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Also known to be TESDA. For instance, it offers various lists of free if not affordable courses that will help students, undergraduates, fresh graduates and of course, the unemployed in general. All that it takes for an opportunity to be at hand nowadays is by the determination and perseverance of grabbing such an open door like TESDA. It helps people expand their knowledge in a specific subject. In such ways, TESDA offers hands- on training or online instruction

as it was established in accordance with the Republic Act No. 7796 or the Technical Education and Skills Act of 1994. The aforementioned individuals are aimed to be helped out by this program. In order to develop their skills through training programs that will enhance their primary interests into more than a hobby but a source of income. Their chances of employability is being fairly increased. Since, TESDA offers practical courses that are economically in need and are commonly in demand over the years. One of these courses is the course in baking or cooking wherein they are assured to become a baker and a cook in the future. And, there’s been a lot of job opportunities worldwide in this field of work. These courses do not limit to the non-technical vocational courses where the kitchens and burns belong. There are also these other courses that are for technical- vocational with more than 200 courses to choose from. The opportunities are endless! Personally, as per observation this may seem to be a shortcut for these individuals to take. But with patience and endurance towards this flexible route, everyone is expected to reach the finish line of success.

This includes projects currently available in CLI’s inventory, featuring three of its coveted residential segments, Casa Mira, Garden Series, and Premier Masters. Participating residential brands across Vismin include Casa Mira, Velmiro Heights, One Paragon Place, Terranza Residences, Man-

dtra Residences, One Astra Place, Base Line Prestige, Citadines Paragon Davao and 38 Park Avenue. CLI further elevates this buyer journey with an exclusive buyer-seller raffle promo that offers customers and partner sellers with an array of incentives for every reserved unit, such as hotel accommodations, appliances, gadgets, gift certificates and more. Buyers who reserve a unit during the homefest are entitled to promo discounts on selected projects and a P50,000 worth of appliance gift certificate, which will be given upon turnover of the unit. Some projects also offer stretched equity payment of up to 48 months to ensure buyers

enjoy comfortable payment terms amid the pandemic. Qualified for the raffle and promo are closed reservations made from August 18 to October 18, 2021. “Our sales performance has always been outstanding and this is clearly driven by a sustained housing demand in VisMin. Cebu Landmasters will continue to satisfy this need by making our developments conveniently accessible to our buyers and partner sellers,” says CLI Vice-president for Sales, Rose Yulo. Cebu Landmasters recently achieved record high reservation sales of P8.5 billion in the first half of the year, a 14 percent increase from the previous year. In See BRINGS, page 11
