Proverbs offers the warm advice you get by growing up in a good family and for successfully making your way in the world. It covers small questions as well as large ones: talking too much, visiting friends and neighbors too often or being unbearably cheerful too early in the morning. promote the implementation of the club leadership plan, encourage clubs to implement the governor’s requests and recommendations, prepare at least one article for publication in the district newsletter that showcases their designated clubs and their projects, share best practices from their designated clubs with each other and with other Rotary clubs, monitor and motivate clubs to achieve club goals relating to membership development and retention and support for The Rotary Foundation, assist clubs in researching and implementing effective community and interna - tional service projects, assist clubs in completing the activities which will lead to the presidential citation for the club and the submission of the certification form to the governor by April 1 of each year, identify and develop leaders capable of serving Rotary beyond the club level and promote attendance at Discon and the international convention.

Proverbs simply tell how life works most of the time.

People, and count me in, I love to quote Proverbs, which often express the truth about life in an elegant, witty kernel. You'll find more humor in Proverbs than anywhere else in the bible. And humor often seems to have passed in this day and age.

Assistant governors are the connection between the clubs and the district. The relationships built by the assistant governor with club leaders will make the district stronger.

Iligan City, Philippines, this 2nd day of May, 2023. (SGD) would already have forgotten why we went to the internet in the first place. We should always do things with God and for God. That would convert everything that we do, no matter how small and insignificant, into God’s work also. Obviously, doing things with God and for God presumes that what we do is in accord with God’s moral laws and is done as a way to glorify him and to help the others.

For this, we have to see to it that we do things always with Christ who clearly said that “whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters,” (Lk 11,23) and “I am the vine, you are the branches.” (Jn 15,5)

This is how we can do the work of God!
