Prologue

In this project, I intend to build a relaxed and tranquil space that can help people escape from their busy life through the intention of creating a flowing space.

My architecture group is formed by the cellular building form generated by a single cell while imagining humans as little particles flowing inside it. It starts from thinking about the relationship between humans and space. The journey and activities might be occurred within the space. I was inspired by space within the Japanese onsen. The curviness provides people a comfortable feeling when walking in the architecture. All negative spaces of my architecture group are filled with water, allowing various water experiences, including a large swimming pool, two outdoor pools, an outdoor onsen, a cascading, a foot-bathing area, and others are being as water landscapes.

The circular main pool building at the center is in timber structure, distinct from the surrounding concrete building. It is enclosed and "embraced" by the surrounding ancillary buildings, responding to the theme "celebration of timber."
