T
he Suffolk News-Herald received letters to Santa Claus from several of Suffolk’s elementary schools earlier this month, and this section is devoted to sharing them — and some of the artwork that accompanied them — with folks around the city. Before sending them along to Santa, we typed them for this section, taking extra care to reproduce them with all the special spelling and punctuation intact. We hope you’ll be as charmed by the letters as we were and that they’ll make you feel as jolly as good old St. Nick. Merry Christmas
