The Enrolment Process We are delighted that you will be joining us at One in September. Enrolment is where we sign you up for Level 4 Art, the next stage in your academic journey. If you have not completed Year 13 at One, please come into One with your GCSE and A Level results on the 10th August 2021 between 9am-3pm to complete your enrolment. If you have completed Year 13 at One, you are only required to come into One on the 10th August 2021 if you would like a new ID Card photo. Please come in between 9am-3pm for this to take place.

Booked a Holiday over Enrolment? If you are away on holiday on 10th August, make sure you email: admissions@suffolkone.ac.uk

In order to complete all the steps of your enrolment with us you will need to visit the website, read our policies on Student Code of Conduct, ICT User Agreement and the other relevant documents.

We will let you know how to send us your results and the alternative enrolment process. If we do not receive your results then we may be unable to guarantee you a place in September.

What if I don’t get the Results I’m Expecting? If you find you haven’t got the results you were expecting, please still speak to us and we will look to see if we have a suitable programme available.

At enrolment you will be given an induction booklet that contains important information on the following:

a ICT user agreement a Student code of conduct a ID card agreement We will take your photograph to produce your ID card. You will use your ID card throughout the duration of your studies at One.

When studying at One, we provide you with all the necessary equipment needed for your course. We have lots of students who bring their own laptops and other devices to college. This is particularly crucial this year due to the Covid 19 situation and the associated restrictions with handling items in accordance with health and safety regulations. You can find information on our website about how to connect your device to our network meaning you can work on your documents at home or at college.

One has set up dedicated routes from Felixstowe and Stowmarket and Claydon to help students get to college. Our website has full details and explains how to apply: All other bus routes are run by Suffolk County Council. To apply for a bus pass for these buses please go to their website: www.suffolkonboard.com
