I’m on Holiday on Results Day... If you are not here to collect your results you can nominate someone to collect these on your behalf. You will need to provide us with a signed letter, stating the name of the nominated person or email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk with their name. This needs to be done before the start of August, requests cannot be made on the day. The nominated person needs to bring ID with them when collecting your results.
Resource Deposit Remember to return any resources you’ve borrowed. Once you have returned any outstanding items we will reimburse your £30 resource deposit. To claim yours back, fill in a refund form and return to the LRC. We will email this to you or you can download a form from our website. Forms can also be collected from the Green, Yellow and Orange Learning Zones. You have six months in which to claim your refund. After six months

Community Use Information Did you know... College facilities are still available for you to hire after you leave us. All details are available on the website - suffolkone.ac.uk/ one-extra/community-use/
Certificates Certificates will be available for collection from the beginning of December. Please email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk at least 48 hours before coming in to collect so they can be placed at Reception ready for you. If you are not able to collect them yourself, please provide a letter of authorisation to the person you nominate to collect them. Please ensure the person collecting on your behalf brings along a form of ID with them. We do not recommend posting certificates, however if you wish to enquire please email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk
