Receiving Your Results Your results will be emailed to your personal email account from 8am and will be available to view on your college dashboard account from 8.30am. From your Dashboard home page go to ‘exam information’ and then the ‘results section to view you profile. Should you not have received your results by 10am please email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk.
Support from your PPT A booking system will be available from 8am on 13th August for you to book an appointment with your PPT. Appointments will be 15 minutes long, should you require longer to discuss your results you will be referred to our Careers Team for an indepth disucssion about your options. Lockers The form provides you the opportunity to express that you have locker contents that you need to collect. You will be contacted in due course with how this will be done. UCAS offers The deadline for replying to your offers on UCAS is 18th June, if you don’t accept your offers by then, they will be automatically declined. If you have any questions, please contact your PPT in the first instance.
Resource Deposit Remember to return any resources you’ve borrowed. Once you have returned any outstanding items we will reimburse your £20 resource payment. The LRC team will be in touch with you to book an appointment to return your resources. Once all resources are returned the Finance team will email you a refund form to complete and return. You have six months in which to claim your refund. After six months unclaimed deposits will no longer be available. If you have any questions please email:

Community Use Information Did you know... College facilities are still available for you to hire after you leave us. All details are available on the website - suffolkone.ac.uk/ one-extra/community-use/
Certificates Certificates will be available from the beginning of December. We are currently reviewing our systems for issuing certificates to comply with social distancing procedures. If collection in person is possible please email exams@suffolkone. ac.uk at least 48 hours before coming in to collect so they can be placed at Reception ready for you. If you are not able to collect them yourself, please provide a letter of authorisation to the person you nominate to collect them. Please ensure the person collecting on your behalf brings along a form of ID with them. We will confirm the process for collection closer to the time. We do not recommend posting certificates, however if you wish to enquire please email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk
