Moving to One from another college was certainly a pleasing decision! The transition process was simple and by the end of my first week, I was fully immersed into college life, taking subjects that better suited me. The application process and prospectus will show you the diverse range of subjects and courses you could choose, which could lead to further education, if you know what you would like to pursue. If like me, you had no idea when applying to One; the best advice I can give you is to take subjects you enjoy. Listening to this advice from previous students, I took subjects that I knew I would enjoy and found that English is my strength. Which has now led me to pursue a career in journalism. The staff I have met here from the beginning of my journey have always been supportive and approachable, always putting students first. They want you to achieve the best you possibly can, whilst maintaining your independence, much like a university environment. Not only does One bridge the gap smoothly from GCSE to A Level and BTEC, they support you with the step from One to university or employment, with applications, progression information and events. After two years, I feel ready to move on into higher education, and can safely say that wherever you find yourself in two years’ time, you will be leaving confidently with secure results and solid plans for your future.

“The staff I have met here have always been supportive and approachable, always putting students first.”

East Bergholt High School Why did you like studying at One? There is great challenge in distilling some essential aspects of enjoyment from my experience at One. This is not to suggest they were scarce, quite to the contrary, but forcing numerous qualities into a single, meagre paragraph does them an injustice. One promises a thoroughly unique environment sensitive to the communal and academic needs of the individual. It was within this setting that I found greatest fulfilment. Despite my relative lack of social acumen, I was encouraged to converse with my peers and came to enjoy their company, ameliorating my capacity for communication and tolerance. I was exposed to an array of people, possessing differing faiths, interests, passions and hopes, providing ample chance for debate, intellectual stimulation and socialisation. In more formal settings my academic interests were enthused by a conscientious, talented and thoroughly caring team of staff, who not only led me to my current position, but made that prospect possible. If I had to summarise my time at One, I would emphasise its extraordinary capacity for academic excellence, facilitated by an approachable, encouraging environment, and attended by staff aware of the requirements of the individual.

Curious about one? Check out: www.SUFFOLKONE.AC.UK

My decision to attend One was confirmed quickly, if not effortlessly. Considering my anxiety for public spaces and large raucous crowds, One promised a smaller, less claustrophobic environment than its competitors. During certain college events, I encountered numerous teachers, all of whom appreciated my interests and engaged in open, stimulating conversation. To be candid, I felt an immediate affection for One, a fondness that endures even to this day.

Why did you choose One?

What have you been doing since you left One? I have begun my undergraduate education at King’s College, Cambridge, studying early-modern and medieval history, having been motivated to attend that course and institution by a teacher at One. I am thoroughly enjoying my instruction despite its intensity and, with the annual series of examinations complete, await the more prosperous English weather. What are your plans for the future? Though dependant on the success of my degree, I hope to continue my pursuit of medieval history. I maintain the fleeting desire of attending Oxford during my later studies, but this remains a fantastical prospect, and I cautiously await the future. What is the one thing you miss the most about college? Though Oxbridge offers a more personalised learning experience than most universities, I still miss the strong affiliation between student and staff at One. As a less populated institution, One managed to strike a fine balance between private responsibility and formal teaching. Regular lessons, the occasional individual meeting and brief conversations all ‘contributed to‘ a helpful, rewarding and mature relationship between teacher and pupil. It is a connection I sincerely miss. How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? The ability to organise oneself in an effective, coordinated and flexible manner, while handling the stress and strain of daily living, is fundamental to advanced education, but also to more general adult life. One inculcated a sense of self determination, work ethic and personal responsibility, virtues that have assisted me regularly in an otherwise daunting, demanding and busy academic environment. Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? Find something you are passionate about. Though this is perhaps a vague platitude, it is of the upmost importance that you discover exactly what excites you. College is but a foundation to a wider, more challenging, but infinitely more rewarding career, and understanding your passions can help clarify the journey ahead. Stumbling in the dark will only get you so far and it is vital you set those short-term goals to achieve your longterm potential. Whatever that may be. St Albans Catholic High School Why did you apply to One? The cleverly designed building creates an instant feeling of progression. Many school sixth forms simply look like mature schooling; with dark hallways, closed classrooms, and shared food halls with younger students. Walking into One, immediately you see a huge communal space encouraging socialisation; and not a Year 7 in sight! You are only surrounded by adults, including staff you know on first name basis who always smile as they walk past. Classrooms are so light, clean, and fresh. Overall, One felt more friendly, modern, and mature than any school sixth form I had visited. What have you been doing since you left One? I am studying BSc Psychology at the University of York, a Russell Group University. I am now in my second year, on track to achieve a first (1) grade. I have also been volunteering in a local Primary School as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, and training as a martial arts referee. What are your plans for the future? I am planning to apply for a 2-year graduate scheme, training towards the title of Consultant Social Worker and earning a Postgraduate Masters Qualification in Social Work (MA).

Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps?

If you are a less active helper at home, now is the time to offer your family help with chores like cooking and cleaning. A slow integration into independent life will help the culture shock of moving into university accommodation or independent living. This includes familiarising yourself with at least 5 or 6 healthy dinner recipes; because eating properly and cheaply is the way to stay mentally and physically healthy. If you have applied to university and have received an offer, get on Facebook and talk to course mates and flat mates so you are already breaking down barriers socially. Most universities will set pages and chats up for you, all you have to do is find and join them! Visit the universities you are most interested in. Pictures and virtual tours are great, but the real information is in the vibe and the atmosphere of the students, staff and departments in person. Is there anything you would like to say? Engage in at least one extracurricular activity in One, and one extracurricular activity outside of One. One host a range of opportunities, such as student ambassador roles and student representative roles. Extra engagement in and out of your education will benefit any route you take after study; university, apprenticeship, or employment.

One prepared me by actively reminding me that my attitude and effort is fundamental to my success, and that later in life, there will not be the prompts and reminders we were spoon-fed at school. Gone are detentions and letters home; One teaches you to work hard by providing plenty of practice and encouraging you to reflect on your own actions leading to your result. Soon, you learn to manage what to focus on and where you need help; which prepares you for further study and work where you will be expected to have these self-management skills.

I left One to do an apprenticeship for a visual effects company in London. I recently finished and was offered a job so I‘m now a full time 2D artist working on commercials and music videos. What are your plans for the future? I‘d like to progress to more senior roles in my field within the film and TV industry. What is the one thing you miss the most about college? I miss being surrounded by people my age. As a junior artist and former apprentice, I‘m one of the youngest people in the company, especially in my department. How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? Throughout my course, I experimented and tried new things, teaching myself visual effects techniques and improving my knowledge which was absolutely invaluable in getting me my first job. Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? I would just say that standing out as a person seems to be really under-appreciated. Having exceptional grades says a lot about your academic capabilities but when it comes to looking at who to hire, I‘ve found personality, people skills and communication are just as valuable.

with anything and “All my teachers were so willing to help r subject which made they were all so enthusiastic about thei learning so much more interesting.”

Why did you apply to One? I enjoyed studying at One mainly because of the people. All my teachers were so willing to help with anything and they were all so enthusiastic about their subject which made learning so much more interesting. Even outside of lessons, the number of times I went to teachers in my independent study sessions or over lunch with essays, past papers, needing advice and they never got fed up with it! The building at One is also an amazing place to work, you have more independence and are treated much more like an adult which prepares you well before going out to work or further education. My high school had no sixth form, so I was forced to move, but in hindsight moving to One for my A Levels was definitely a good thing. The teachers at One are solely teaching A Level and BTEC students and so they are not caught up by teaching other years as they might have been at other sixth form schools – their priority is always you. Having to make new friends and get used to a new work environment was also helpful in preparing me for my next steps and made me a lot more confident. What have you been doing since you left One? I am now in my second year of studying Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Oxford. It has been a crazy two years and I have done things I never thought I would, such as getting the opportunity to be part of an excavation at Pompeii and row from Oxford to London with my college boat club. What are your plans for the future? Right now I’m focusing on finishing my degree by passing my final exams next summer. After university I know I want to take a break from studying and exams and think I will come back to Suffolk. I would like to pursue a career in the heritage sector, whether that be as a professional archaeologist or as an outreach and public engagement worker.

What do you miss about college life?

How did your time here help prepare you for life after college? Studying at One makes you a lot more independent and helps you to take charge of your own learning. College helped to develop my self-discipline surrounding work and made me a lot more confident in making new friends. This really helped me out at university where a lot of my work is done independently, and I have to organise my own time. Is there any advice you would offer current or prospective students to help prepare them for their next steps? Start thinking about your next steps as early as you can. I know it’s scary when you have only just started at One, but it will make you far less stressed when it comes to your second year and you have to write personal statements and application forms. Ask questions too! I don’t think I would have got the results I did to get where I am now if I hadn’t consistently asked my teachers questions about what I didn’t understand or how to go about revising and answering exam questions. Most importantly though do what you enjoy as there is nothing worse than spending 2 years doing subjects that don’t inspire you in any way!

Why did you apply to One? I liked that One was separate from high school and the relationships you can build with teachers. I liked that everyone was on a first name basis, that there isn’t a uniform and it felt like a natural progression from school. I wanted a more equal relationship with teachers than I had previously had; there was a level of respect that was given to students that attracted me to One. What have you been doing since finishing your studies with us? I am just about to finish my studies at UEA in Norwich reading Politics and International Relations. Outside of university I have founded a theatre company with 2 friends, Inkwell Productions, which has been running for almost 3 years. I am a shareholder on the board of Directors which has been an interesting experience. I have also taken part in theatre productions run by other people and done some acting. I have recently been involved in politics and stood in the local elections as well as writing for the university student newspaper. What do you miss about college life? I miss seeing my group of friends regularly. We all still meet up and talk about how much we miss One. One has the perfect balance between being at school and feeling safe while you study as well as offering the independence and mutual respect that you have at university. How did your time here help prepare you for life after college? It’s the perfect stepping stone as it offers a secure environment. I found all of my opinions were respected and the 2 years spent here were vital in making me the person I am today.

What was your favourite thing about studying at One? I think my favourite thing was getting to meet so many different people from around Suffolk and Essex who I otherwise wouldn‘t have had the chance to meet. I miss having the opportunity to get involved with clubs such as the jazz band and socialising with my friends. How did you decide on your career path?

I always knew that the ‘traditional‘ A Levels with exams didn‘t really interest me although I wanted to pursue some sort of higher education. In year 11, I decided to explore the options that were available to me and found that One did Level 3 BTECs which were more coursework-based and suited me more. I‘ve always had an interest in Forensics and so when I saw they offered a course doing this I knew that I had to apply. How did your course help you to prepare for your next step? The courses I took really helped me with what I needed to know for my current role as a Cyber Security Apprentice. I had the opportunity to learn about a range of different techniques that are used in real

business situations during my time at One. It also taught me how to balance my workload effectively which has been really useful in a professional working environment. Is there any advice you can give to current students to help them prepare for their next steps? My advice would be make the most of the support and opportunities available to you and if you are stuck – ask. One has a great support network and teachers were always willing to help you or give you opportunities to visit places so you can see the theory you had been working on in the real world. Since leaving One, I‘ve been part of a few big organisations as well as attending many international events and sometimes they can be quite busy environments. Because One is such a big environment anyway, it gave me the confidence to ask people around me for help when I needed it. It didn‘t make me feel so intimidated when joining such a big company as I was used to seeing lots of people anyway! Since One I have taken part in a wide variety of activities and am now an apprentice at BT. I have continued to do lots of guiding outside of work and I‘ve attended the world scout jamboree in Japan back in 2015 as well as a body confidence conference in London with Girlguiding where I got to meet the likes of Cara Delevingne and Nina Nesbitt. I‘ve travelled to Iceland for the World Moot Camp, helped run a camp in Norway and attended a camp in France. I was also one of ten selected worldwide to attend the 36th World Girl Guide and Girl Scout conference in India as an international service team member. We had the opportunity to witness life-changing moments such as the Syrian Girl Guides getting full membership status as well as meeting famous faces like the Queen of Denmark (we even got sent a video from Malala!). I have also run my own fashion show (with the help of staff and students at One) as part of my Girlguiding action for change project and will be attending the 24th World Scout Jamboree in the USA later this year. Why did you like studying at One? I enjoyed studying at One as I felt that I was supported and encouraged by my tutors to achieve my goals even though my personal situation was very different to the majority of other students. Why did you choose One? I chose One because I felt that they could offer a wider range of courses than other sixth forms within the area. What have you been doing since you left One? When I left One I chose not to go to university as it wasn’t the right time for my family situation, I also had a very clear understanding of what career journey I wanted to take which didn’t necessarily require me to have a degree. Therefore on leaving One I successfully achieved a role as a Customer Service Assistant at Lloyds Bank, which was where my career in banking started. I spent the best part of nearly three years working my way up the career ladder within the retail section of the bank. I applied for an Apprentice in Sales and Trading. After successfully gaining one of eight places on this new cohort, I embarked on a three-year training program where I’ve completed a degree and industry recognised qualifications, alongside working full time with a daily commute to London with a 7am start from Ipswich. During the three years I have held various positions across the trading floor my personal highlights have been the time I spent in the Central Dealing Team during the many evenings of EU Withdrawal Agreement Votes.

I am now an Associate Financial Risk Manager. My day-to-day role is the responsibility for identifying, quantifying and managing SME clients’ international working capital and balance sheet risks – specifically risks arising from their exposures to long term interest rates, foreign exchange, surplus cash/liquidity and commodities. I’m just one in a team of 20 Financial Risk Managers based across the UK who help clients manage financial risk in order to support their growth and business objectives. What are your plans for the future? My plans for the future are to develop my career into an Associate Director‘s position so that I can take on more responsibility of the development of the junior talent within my team, as this is essential for the business to continue into the future. Alongside the ‘day job’, I’m an advocate of Balance (a CB Markets engagement group which focuses on the working life balance of colleagues across markets). At present I’m working on a new initiative to provide support to colleagues during the time of pregnancy loss, as through my personal experience this is an area which we feel should have more awareness. How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? I found that One was able to prepare me for life after college because so many of the tutors had worked within many different industries before teaching at One. They were able to provide a wealth of knowledge about interview techniques and the random things you get asked; my main highlight of this was when our tutor (George) got us to do an exercise where we had to talk about a random object, word or place for 1 minute without saying the word “umm”. Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? Having not gone to university I quite often get asked the question by work experience students should they go to university or not and my answer is the same every time which is if you know exactly what you want to do next then strive for that, as there are so many different options and ways to get to your dream job. However, if you are unsure on what you want to do then make a choice that can open many doors. Going to university gives you another 3 years to decide what you want to do – for that reason I recommend making use of the contacts and support that university offers.

Why did you choose One? One offered me an incredible learning environment with friendly teachers who went out of their way to involve students in their enthusiasm. Coming to One gave me the opportunity to start afresh and create a new identity – something I would not have experienced at a different school or college. One also gave me some great memories; I will never forget the Ancient History trip to Rome and Naples that I went on with my class. What have you been doing since you left One?

More information available on our website: www.SUFFOLKONE.AC.UK

From One I went straight on to the University of Manchester to study English Literature and History. I have been the first-year group of a new course, which has been really exciting. I have enjoyed my subjects even more than I expected. My favourite courses so far have been Romanticism (1776-1832) and the 1989 Revolutions and their Aftermaths: Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. I have even picked up French again as part of my degree. Aside from my course, I have done so many things: singing, fencing, volunteering for Oxfam, acting on the Junior Common Room Committee for my hall of residence, completing my Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award‌ and I am currently a part-time correspondent intern for the Organisation for World Peace and a committee member for the UoM Baltic Society!

I am training to become a Peer Mentor for first year students on my degree programme (I suppose I must have been inspired by my personal tutor at One). This summer I have been accepted for a summer school in Kosovo on peacebuilding and diplomacy, which I am really looking forward to. I have made the decision to pursue diplomacy as a career and am planning to take a Master’s degree in European Affairs or Eastern European Studies after I have completed my Bachelor’s degree. I want to do this at a European university – in Switzerland, France, Austria, Estonia, Germany or Italy. But we will see what happens! What is the one thing you miss most about college? The one thing I miss most about college is being in a class of people that I get to know throughout the year, with a teacher that I build up a relationship with. How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? With so many students at One, I believe I was more prepared than most students for life at a big university. From class lengths to personal tutors to immense facilities, everything at One is focused on increasing students’ independence in a safe environment. Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? If you are planning to go to university, use your time at One as a valuable resource – kind of like training for the real thing. University will be very different from what you are used to (which is scary but a good thing). Embrace the independence that One offers you but also recognise that this means you also have more responsibilities. Do not be fooled – if you want to do well at university it is really hard – but if you want to improve your chances, you can develop some of those skills whilst you are at One. I think two of the best ways you can do this are by taking the Extended Project Qualification (which I did not do). Participate as much as possible in the activities that One has to offer – go to History Society meet ups, get your voice heard in debates, join the college choir! Basically, do as much as possible now.

One magazine Each year our students are invited to take part in the production of our One Magazine. The magazine is designed by our students and contains a range of articles and stories that are of interest to them. The magazine offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your design skills, your passion for writing and offers a place to share stories and messages that are important to you.

Whether you are a novice or a grandmaster you are welcome to attend the Strategy Games club at One. We play chess, bridge and other strategy games. As much as we may focus on improving your skills or teaching you the basics, it is mostly an opportunity to seek solace from your day-to-day college life, an opportunity to meet friends and pit your wits against each other.

Debating

LGBTQ+ Forum

The One debating society is one of the most popular and certainly the liveliest extra-curricular clubs at One. The society is entirely student-run, with an elected student executive (chairperson, vice chair and secretary). Topics are selected on a weekly basis and vary enormously. We cover topics from science, politics, religion, economics, sport, current affairs and whatever takes our fancy!

The LGBTQ+ group meets weekly to share key information and talk about any upcoming events. The group aims to offer support and friendship to its members and is a place to share experiences and talk about any issues.

We have entered debating and public speaking competitions in the past, reaching local and regional finals. We use both formal and informal debating styles to engage students, build confidence and develop analytical skills. More than anything we learn how to develop meaningful arguments.

The group will have a stand at the Fresher’s Fair in September and will be posting information about meeting locations on their noticeboard in the atrium.

Marketing Ambassador Students who have an interest in marketing or journalism will have the opportunity to work with the marketing team at One on a range of different projects and have the chance to write articles for the website and local paper on topics that are of interest to them. Anyone interested in becoming a Marketing Ambassador should email marketing@suffolkone.ac.uk at the start of the academic year.

LRC Ambassador Student voice The Year 12 and Year 13 Student Reps are democratically chosen by their peers and meet half termly to discuss key topics identified through tutorials or through Student Surveys. A Student Rep gives students direct input into college discussions and ensures the student perspective is considered in all decisions made within college. Student Reps pass on feedback and make suggestions on behalf of all students. Student Reps also foster a sense of collectiveness and community among students, which can make other students feel welcome and valued, allowing them to get the most out of their time as a student. Student Reps will have the opportunity to represent One at events such as the Leadership Conference, open events and during enrolment. Being a Student Rep is a really positive experience and one which is great for including in a personal statement or CV.

The LRC ambassadors are a group of students who volunteer to help the Learning Resource team. Everyone has different strengths, so support can range from talking to prospective students, assisting with national celebrations of reading or helping with routine administrative tasks. There is something for everybody with an emphasis on enjoyment. All ambassadors record their volunteering hours with VInspired and achieve nationally recognised volunteering awards which enhance CVs and personal statements.

Disability Forum The Disability Forum is a group set up to discuss any issues around disability, mobility, access and how this may affect us in life and the way we think and feel. We meet regularly as well as discussing issues on an online forum. It is about problem solving as well as sharing, learning about ourselves and how to navigate through life.

In February 2019 we had over 60 universities and 20 organisations join us for the event with representation from some of Britain’s most prestigious institutions including Cambridge, Oxford and St Andrews. Students can also attend one of the seminars run by university staff and lecturers on a range of topics relevant to university progression. In February 2019 we had 16 seminars which included Student Finance; Choosing the Right University; and How to Write a Personal Statement.

Institute of Directors (IoD) We are delighted to offer students studying Business, Accounting and/or Economics the opportunity to join One’s IoD development programme. This pathway is designed to complement your academic studies, equipping you with the key skills, knowledge and understanding to successfully undertake practical, hands-on project management tasks. The programme encourages peer group support whilst working with local businesses to solve challenging and stimulating real-world scenarios. Participants receive an IoD membership which opens doors to thousands of members and an opportunity to visit and make use of the amazing facilities at the Head Office in Pall Mall, London. In addition, students will be awarded a formal certificate on successful completion of the project management tasks which will enhance your opportunities in the business world when you leave One.

What will you miss most about studying at One? I will miss the teachers and the amazing support they offer. Their work ethic is great, they are amazing. The general atmosphere of One is perfect, it is so friendly and welcoming. What are your next steps after One? I am either going to university or will join the Royal Navy, I have not decided yet. Is there any advice you would like to give students looking to study at One? Work hard, your first year of study is important. It may not seem like it at the time but working hard in the first year can save a lot of stress in your second year.

What are your plans for the future? Just like when I was at college, I haven’t thought more than a year ahead yet! Getting qualified is my main priority at the moment. What is the one thing you miss the most about college? All the interesting and amazing friends I made at college who I would never have met if I hadn’t gone to One (genuinely some of the best years of my life!). How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? The independence and responsibility you take for managing your own work/study/life balance. Also, an A Level in Economics and Accountancy really helped me with my first few accountancy exams. Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? I would really encourage students to think about what they enjoy learning about before choosing A Level subjects. When jumping from GCSE where you have a broader knowledge across a wide variety of subjects to A Levels where you only study three or four different subjects you need to be interested in the subjects to motivate yourself and invest the time to do well in them. Is there anything you would like to add? I have really fond memories of being a student at One and would highly recommend it to anyone considering studying there.

Maths Chemistry Why did you like studying at One? The relationship between students and staff is incredibly positive, and the informal atmosphere makes it a really good place to work and study. When you’ve got teachers who are experts in their field and students with amazing talents, you’ve got a good place to be. Why did you chose One? I was part of the first intake in 2010, and aside from it being the closest sixth form to me, it was also the biggest, offered the most courses and had the best facilities. Some of my teachers from Westbourne also moved across which made the transition easier. It also made it a bit surreal returning to work alongside them 6 years later! What have you been doing since you left One? I left One in 2012 for the University of Hertfordshire to study Aerospace Systems Engineering and then completed a Master’s degree in Advanced Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London in 2017. During my time at university I had the opportunity to go out to the US to learn to fly various aircraft including seaplanes and stuntplanes which is an experience I’ll never forget. I then returned to One as a Learning Support Assistant focusing mainly in the Engineering department before leaving for my current job as an analyst on one of the projects that make up the UK’s space program. What are your plans for the future? Honestly, I have no idea. I’m happy doing what I’m doing at the minute but I’m always on the lookout for an exciting opportunity to do something different.

What is the one thing you miss the most about college? Having experienced both student and staff life at One, the sense of community is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and couldn’t have asked for better people to work with, they are what I miss the most. The staff are all so friendly and have a genuine interest in seeing their students do well and it was just a really great place to work. How did your time at One prepare you for life after college? Academically I found adjusting to A Levels to be the most difficult thing I had ever done, and with the exception of my Master’s, it is probably still the most difficult thing I’ve ever done so that set me up well to understand what it takes to overcome challenges and that there is no shame in asking for help. Away from that, it’s a very grown-up environment with a big emphasis on managing your own time and workload but it’s also a very sociable place so it’s good preparation for university.

“Having experienced both student and staff life at One, the sense of community is second to none.”

Is there any advice you would offer students currently with us to help them prepare for their next steps? Don’t feel you have to have your life planned out already, if you’re not sure what you want to do, that’s fine, just take some time and think. Life changes and so do your interests. Also, say yes to as many opportunities as you can, you can meet some incredible people and do incredible things.

What did you enjoy doing the most within your qualification? It‘s a hard one because I love different areas of beauty for different reasons. I love painting nails. That feeling you get at the end, when your nails are completed is just great. I also enjoy massage as it‘s relaxing to both provide and receive. But then I also love the satisfaction of waxing and plucking eyebrows, you just can‘t stop once you start. What was your biggest achievement at One? I was given a certificate, badge and Dermalogica products as my award. What would you like to achieve within the beauty industry?
