Accordingly, we administer the 16-19 bursary fund which offers support to students and their families on a low income. It also offers support to students living independently. Please go to the website to see if you are eligible and to complete an application form.

A resource deposit of ÂŁ40 is required in order to allow you to borrow resources and use the printers. To pay your resource deposit visit the online OneShop.

We do our best to reunite lost property with its owner. All lost property is collected and stored securely. If you’ve lost an item please check with the main reception desk weekdays between 8am-5pm. Items are kept for a term; unclaimed items will then be disposed of in a suitable manner.

Some of our courses require you to buy resources. Please go to our online OneShop to see the full list of resources and to check if there are any you need to purchase.

GCSE Re-sits Did you not achieve the grade you wanted in one or more of your GCSEs? Whilst we are not able to support you in the content (apart from with English or Maths) we might be able to offer you the opportunity to pay for a re-sit in May/June. Why not speak to Lyn or Tracey in the Exams office (SS004) to find out what you need to do? In Touch Suffolk One has recently started using SIMS InTouch for communicating with students and parents via your personal email address. This email address and that of your parent/carer will be used to send out Assessment reports, invitations to events, reminders and many other pieces of information. It is important that if your email addresses change that you let your PPT know immediately so we can update this. During one of your tutorials, early in the academic year,

we will issue a data sheet asking you to check the details. Please amend this and return as appropriate.
