The Enrolment Process
2017-18
We are delighted that you will be returning to study with us in September. Results day for Level 3 students is on Thursday 17th August. Please go to the Performance Space to pick yours up. If you are collecting A2 results, please come in from 9am onwards. AS Results can be collected from 11am.
Once you pick up your results you need to make sure you enrol for your next year of study by going to the designated zone according to your surname. The first day of term is Monday 4th September.
Level 2 Students Results day for Level 2 students is on Thursday 24th August and results can be collected from the Sports Hall from 10am. Don’t forget to enrol! Once you pick up your results you need to make sure you enrol for your next year of study. Enrolment will take place in the Sports Hall.
Green Zone..................Surname A – E Yellow Zone..................Surname F - N Orange Zone................Surname O – Z Once you have re-enrolled you will receive information about Induction and the first day of term.
What if I’m Away on Holiday? If you’re on holiday or unable to collect your results you must inform the Exams team by the beginning of August, email exams@suffolkone.ac.uk or provide written confirmation to say who will be collecting on your behalf. Stamped addressed envelopes can be left but these results may not be posted until the end of the week. Results cannot be issued
by email. We cannot accept emails on the day of results collection requesting for someone else to collect them. Please remember the nominated person needs to bring ID with them when collecting the results. You will also need to let your PPT know you are away and what date you will be available to re-enrol.
Travelling to One Don’t forget to apply for your bus pass this year. For the One Bus from Felixstowe and Stowmarket please fill in the form on our website. For all other routes go to www.suffolkonboard.com
One Children in Need 2016
Finance 16-19 Bursary If you were in receipt of the bursary last year you will need to reapply for the new academic year; the bursary is not automatically carried over. If your family circumstances have changed you may now be eligible for the bursary. Please go to our website to fill in the online application form.
Course Materials and Work Experience Costs
For compulsory work experience, it is essential that you pay your work experience costs at enrolment on 17th August in order to be enrolled onto your course. Please ensure you bring a payment method along with you. The work experience costs can be found on our website here: suffolkone.ac.uk/prospective-students/work-experience/ Please go to our OneShop www.onecollegeshop.co.uk to find out any course materials you need to purchase before the start of term.
