Things are changing...

Change with us... If you’re looking to stop smoking, then now could be the perfect time. We’ll have help and support available from the One Life Suffolk team. Pop into Student Services to find out more.

One Community As you’re part of the One community, we hope you’ll do your bit to carry on the positive ethos we strive for at One. We think it’s really important that our students and staff work in a tidy, uncluttered and relaxed atmosphere. Please help us keep it this way by clearing away your litter and respecting your surroundings. This year, many of our students have been keen on ‘going green’ and therefore we’re trying to do our bit for the environment by introducing green initiatives: As you will have heard in the news, plastic coffee cups are a huge problem for the environment. That’s why we’re promoting the use of thermal mugs. If you didn’t get your reusable mug last year then you can purchase one from us for just £3! We have many more green initiatives taking place too, such as: biodegradable salad boxes, edible straws and more on the horizon.

P

Many of you will now be learning to drive or you may have already passed your test. You will be aware, there is no parking available on site, however we have organised for students to use their Endeavour Card to park at the Copdock Park and Ride for £1.85 per day, per passenger and at Martlesham Park and Ride for £2.25 per day, per passenger. Please be considerate of local residents when parking. We’re creating a healthier study space. From September 2018, One will be a non-smoking site. If you’re looking to stop smoking, then we’ll have help and support available from the One Life Suffolk team. More information will be available in Student Services.
