Paul Awad is a filmmaker and fiction writer. His debut novel is the science fiction thriller When Earth Shall Be No More (co-written with his wife, Featured Author Kathryn O’Sullivan). Recent film work includes the crime drama, A Savage Nature (distributed by Gravitas Ventures). The film was set and filmed in Virginia and has won several Best Feature festival awards and the Hollywood Screenplay Contest’s Grand Prize Thriller Award. His film, Bicentennial Bonsai: Emissaries of Peace, won the Utopian Vision Award (2021 Utopia Film Festival) and Best Documentary Short (2022 Arlington International Film Festival). Paul’s directing/cinematography work has won recognition from the Telly Awards, International Academy of Web Television, ADDY Awards, The Kodak Company, and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
