VICTORIA GILBERT

Raised in a historic small town at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, Victoria Gilbert turned her early obsession with books into a dual career as an author and librarian. She writes two ongoing cozy mystery series for Crooked Lane Books: the Blue Ridge Library Mystery series, set in a fictional small town in the mountains of Virginia, and the Booklover’s B&B series, set in the historic coastal town of Beaufort, North Carolina. She also has a new traditional mystery series forthcoming from Crooked Lane Books: the Hunter & Clewe mystery series, the first book of which, A Cryptic Clue, will be published in July 2023.

A member of the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime, Victoria is represented by Frances Black at The Literary Counsel, in New York.
