What is a Sugarfi na Happy Hour? Every Thursday, Sugarfi na boutiques will off er 10-15 minute tastings of candies for all guests who walk into our boutiques
Guests will get to sample 3-5 diff erent candies outside of our regular sample schedule, while learning a little about what makes each candy special and unique
Samples are accompanied with sparkling water
Why do Happy Hour? Attract a crowd when tr affi c is generally slow
You can invite previous clients to help them reconnect with the brand and your boutique
Spend more time with guests to educate them on our product in order to encourage them to purchase

1 st Step Display your Happy Hour sign on your A-frame. The A-frame sign will list the start and end time of the Happy Hour sampling.
2 nd Step Set up a small table or tray with sparkling water, straws, and napkins for your guests.

3 rd Step Put monthly samples in small shot glasses. Please arrange so that they are in order of the tasting.
4 th Step Merchandise all Candy Cubes Ž you’re sampling by the cash wrap for quick access post-tasting.

welcome & explain Welcome your guests to the Sugarfi na Happy Hour. Explain what Happy Hour is and that it takes place every Thursday at a designated time for your boutique.
educate As you go through each candy, provide facts about the candy supplied by the marketing team. When you fi nish, remind the guests that if they sign up for loyalty program they’ll receive a candy gift from us every single month!
sell A client has 10 - 15 minutes to spend with you during the tasting, so encourage them to purchase the fl avors they liked or suggest similar candies not in the tasting.
