PROMO INFO Sugarfina Rewards Members, (member level and above) are eligible to redeem their monthly candy reward! For the month of July, the candy is Watermelon Slices. • Members and VIPs - redeem a Watermelon Slices Taster Packet • Sweet Elite – redeem a Watermelon Slices Small Candy Cube® (Taster level members are not eligible for a monthly candy reward)
They can redeem this in-store, or, alternatively the customer can redeem online through their rewards portal. This cannot be retroactively redeemed. If and only if the customer has an allergy or dietary restriction to the flavor of the month (Watermelon Slices), the guest can substitute their monthly candy reward for another flavor. For further customer grievances with the flavor of the month, manager discretion is advised.

Sugarfina Rewards • How to Redeem & Ring Up the Monthly Gift Member and VIP level guests receive a free taster packet every month as their Monthly Perk. Sweet Elite members receive a free small cube. 1. Look up the Sugarfina Rewards member account by clicking on the Loyalty Portal through your SuitePOS. Enter your credentials to log in. 2.Once you have pulled up the correct Sugarfina Rewards member account, click on the User ID to bring up their Available Rewards page.
3. Click on the Monthly Perk: Taster or the Monthly Perk: Small Cube icon. NOTE: The Monthly Candy Reward flavor for all tier levels is pre- chosen by Sugarfina and will change every month. 4.Once the Redeem Reward page pops- up on your screen, click on the red YES button to mark the Monthly Perk reward as redeemed. 5.Once you’ve marked the Monthly Perk as redeemed, you will be taken back to the Available Rewards page. Copy the User ID next to
it.
6. Close out the Available Rewards page on your screen and return back to the SuitePOS screen by clicking on the 3 bar icon on the left hand corner of your screen and then clicking on “Sale”. 7.Click on the Ticket #/ Name text box on the bottom right hand corner of your SuitePOS screen. Paste the copied User ID into the field and press OK
8. Click on the “ Loyalty Rewards” button. 9.Click on the Monthly Rewards button and choose the appropriate Monthly Perk (taster or cube) to ring up. Choose the corresponding flavor of the month. For ex, for August: choose Ice Cream Cones.
