WC Clarice 2533 P ET This female was the high-selling bred heifer this past December during our Annual Female Sale when a one-half interest in her commanded $25,000 for that 1/2 interest. She sold to the Maher Family in South Dakota. This was the hardest heifer that Derry & Chris ever decided to part with and then only half interest. Her sire is of course the $105,000 LT Ledger, that is leaving great progeny all across the United Sates. Her dam is JWK Clarice J139, the $30,000 super cow. In the last Wright Bull Sale in March 2014, ten sons of Clarice J139 averaged $11,100! The last two years 15 sons of Passport have averaged $11,050 in the Wright Charolais Bull Sales. The Wright Ranch wants to see someone develop another genetic masterpiece with this semen of DA Passports. During the 2013 Wright Charolais Bull Sale a full brother to DA Passport named WC I’ll Have Another 2190 ET sold for $18,000 to Bar J in Texas and JVS in Louisanna and then went on to be selected the 2014 National Show Junior Champion Bull and then on to Fort Worth, Houston and the Missouri State Fair to be the Grand Champion Bull. He then claimed the Houston Grand Championship again in 2015 and will be the AICA Show Bull of the Year!

There is outstanding maternal value in the donor dam of these embryos, her last two natural born sons (WC Doubletree and WC Desert Storm) had birthweights of 79 and 73 pounds, their adj. weaning weights were 832 and 904 pounds, their weaning weight ratios were 116 and 129, both went to Denver and who is #0058’s maternal grand dam, why none other than the dam of Templeton. The 3 Lot 9 eggs are sired by the breed’s most popular A.I. sire, LT Ledger 0332 who sold for $105,000 in 2011 and out of the dam of WC Doubletree 2009 P. WC CCC Mercedes 3255 A full sister to these 3 Lot 12 embryos sold in our December 2013 female sale for $9,250 at nine months of age to JVS Cattle in Louisiana. That heifer was WC-CCC Mercedes 3255 P ET she graced the front cover of that catalog, but it didn’t stop there. Two months later she is named the Reserve Grand Champion Heifer at 2014 Houston Livestock Show, whipping the current National Champion Female selected in Denver a month earlier.

He topped that sale when one-half interest sold for $50,000, of course Benelli was sired by DA Passport and out of JWK Clarice J139. The dam Mavis 4528 is the dam of the $7,500 heifer calf that we sold in the 2011 National Sale in Louisville.

FMJ was the 2011 Kansas City Royal Breeder’s Bull Classic Grand Champion and was the National Junior Bul Calf Champion. Don’t forget the dam of these embryos is our great donor #428 and her dam #K118, these are special “cash cows” at Wright Charolais.

SCC lady Mac K118 Three of these embryos are sired by the AICA Sire Summary #2 ranked Multiple Trait Leader, the #16 Weaning Weight Trait Leader and the #2 Yearling Weight Trait Leader, M6 New Standard. The dam of these embryos SCC Lady Mac K118 is one of the strongest cow lines that came out of the Southern Cattle Company breeding program. At 12 years of age she was still one of the highest sellers in the EJ Shepherd Dispersal in Iowa at $11,250. New Standard sired the top selling open heifer at our December Female Sale at $23,000.
