This is the perfect location for divers and not only because of its location, it also offers a rinse tank and storage room on the premises. Your car can be parked on the gated parking lot in front of the building. Playa Lechi Residence 10 is located on the right building on the 3rd floor. It has been totally refurnished and has a classy atmosphere with neutral colours. The living room is very inviting for those lazy hours to watch television in the comfortable lounge area. The spacious covered terrace accessible using French doors from the living room offers panoramic views over the better part of the bay of Bonaire and the Caribbean Sea. You can watch sail boats passing by at day time and while enjoying your tropical drink. Playa lechi Residence 10 has one bedroom, with king size bed has a private bathroom, with sink, a toilet and shower. The bedroom has air conditioning & ceiling fans. This pool is a pool with a negative edge (water level is equal to the level of the terrace) and on the south side an infinity edge has been used where the water falls approximately 3 meters down into the second pool on the floor below. Next to the pool is another staircase to the roof terrace, from here you have a 360 degree view over the island, the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire. This roof terrace is also used for the installation of 30 solar panels and two large solar boilers for the hot water.
