Holiday Bazaar, Craft & Gift Show Friday, Nov. 29, 10:00am–5:00pm Saturday, Nov. 30, 10:00am–4:00pm Dear Vendors, We would like to invite you to be a vendor at Suncadia’s Holiday Craft & Gift Show in the Rialto and Owens Ballrooms at The Lodge at Suncadia. This is not your average craft & gift show, our two-day event features visits from Santa, holiday wine tasting, kids activities, and a daily expected guest count of between 1,500-3,000 people. Below are the vendor logistics, please review closely. Vendor Confirmation Vendors should know, that by submitting this application, it in no way means that you are confirmed for participation in the event. Vendors must receive written (via email) confirmation from a representative of Suncadia, confirming they have been accepted as a participate in the event. Vendor Set-up Vendors will be able to set up on Wednesday, November 27, from 5:00-6:00pm. Those who cannot set up on the 27th will be able to set up on Friday, Nov. 29 from 7:00-9:30am with the doors opening at 10:00am. THERE WILL BE NO SET UP ON THANKGIVING DAY. Vendor Responsibility Each vendor is responsible to bring the following items: • Proper Signage – A photo or example of all booth signage must be submitted with your application. Signage that does not meet Suncadia brand standards will need to be adjusted prior to the event, you will be notified if this is the case. • Vendors must stay for the entire length of event. • A Temporary Food Permit is required for all for Food Vendors; these can be purchased at the Kittitas County Health Department or by calling 509-962-7515. Suncadia Provides • Two chairs and one 6ft. table for each booth space, (vendor may provide additional table(s) if they please). • Power outlets at each booth space. • All marketing of the event. There will be additional space behind each vendor booth for the display of your items. Event Vendor Pricing • Booth fee for this two-day event is $100. • Please make checks payable to SFCE and send along with a signed release form NO later than Oct. 1, 2019 to Sally Conway. • Vendors who fail to respond by Oct. 1 may be replaced by vendors from the waiting list. Directions to Event Location To get to The Lodge you will enter Suncadia Property on Suncadia Trail at the Bullfrog roundabout. Follow the road past the entrance to The Lodge and drive to the “loading dock” area on the left side of the main entrance. Here you will be able to unload your stuff, but please park your car in the main guest parking lot or parking garage once unloaded.
