Liquid Assets You’ll need a bottle of red wine, a large apple, a miniature bottle of brandy and an orange, plus a recipe to make your own sangria. Soak the chopped apple in the brandy overnight. Just before serving, pour wine into a jug, add 500ml Sprite (or soda water), orange slices and ice.
