Mangrove forest conservation museum is initiated due to the possibilities of area development from vision of Thailand’s Department of Marine and Coastal Resources. Due to pollution of shrimp harvesting process, Ekasin shrimp farm is suitable to be developed into a part of the forest and educational center to conserve the forest.
This project will educate people to understand the importance of mangrove forest and environmental conservation and the relationship between nature and pollution issues now or in the future. Lastly, Mangrove forest conservation museum also promotes ecotourism to the Rayong district.
