Design concept is a transition of big city to small community along the canal, geometric form to organic form and straight line to curve. Building was divided into 2 parts; department store and invention halls in the podium and lobby, guestrooms and recreation area are in tower. The podium shape inspired by a transition form of square in the front to organic form in the back.
In the department store area, there is a conceptual large slope form connecting from 3rd floor to ground floor. The tower shape is transforms to ellipse for the city panoramic perspective.
