For Sunnyvale Recreation, the camp emergency card season runs Aug. 15, 2024 to Aug. 14, 2025. The City of Sunnyvale has partnered with ePACT Network to offer an easy-to-use, safe and secure system for families.

How Do I Fill Out an Emergency Card Online?

After registration each camp season, the parent/guardian will receive an email from ePACT Network (member.support@ epactnetwork.com) to fill out the emergency card online. This must be completed before the first day of the program.

NEW SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT POLICY

This year, campers have a choice at time of registration to pay in full or pay a nonrefundable deposit of $15 for each camp session. Families that choose the deposit will be automatically charged three weeks before the beginning of each session according to the chart below by credit card that was used at time of registration. All camp registrations require payment in full no later than the final “balance due” date listed below, or registration will be canceled.

• Issues with nonpayment: If the card on file does not pay the remaining fee, Sunnyvale Staff will reach out via email to alert you of the missed payment. Final payment must be made by the due date in the email (one business day no later than 5 p.m.) or the camper’s registration is canceled due to nonpayment.

• When camp registrations have been canceled because of nonpayment, you may re-register on a space available basis and you will be charged the full camp fee.
