We recognize our hard-working Team Members all year long, and we are proud to specifically honor those who went above and beyond to improve our overall customer experience (CX). Below are just a few examples demonstrating their extraordinary commitment to you, our customers:
“Kristen (OCC Manager, HQ) was everything we needed during a busy day. She was extremely patient, she was determined to get all of the flights in, she listened intently and communicated perfectly so that we knew what the plan was the entire day! The best part, we got all our flights in, our crews home and our passengers to their destinations! Without her hard work and determination, our passengers would have been inconvenienced!”
“Our operation at LAX recently went through a major facility move impacting our ticket counter, gates, as well as the supporting offices for operations and other departments. Jim (Station Manager, LAX) has been able to navigate through a labyrinth of airport challenges and various departments to seek the best service experience for our customers. Whether it involved signage, offices, passenger transportation to the new mid-field gates or baggage processing, Jim has been tenacious in pursuing what is best for our customers.”
