Future Plans Sunshine Coast Gated Community is stage 1 of 3 stages. Stage 1 will comprise of two (2) stages, the first being the development of 81 residential lots, 1 commercial and 1 civic lot and the second with 35 residential lots and 1 commercial lot. Stages 2 and 3 will be an integrated resort development to the South of Sunshine Coast Gated Community with a timeline of 10 to 15 years from 2020.
