Become Part of a Secured Gated Community Sunshine Coast Gated Community will be managed by a Body Corporate empowered to manage common infrastructure, services and security. The Body Corporate will perform the administrative and management function as a pseudo town council through a set of bylaws intended to harmonise and provide a consistent standard within the community lifestyle. This consistency adds intrinsic value to all residents on the development. All lot owners will by default of owning lots, be shareholders of the Body Corporate. The Body Corporate will operate with a profit and dividends determined through forecasting long-term earnings and calculating a percentage of earnings to be paid out.

Future Plans Sunshine Coast Gated Community is the first of 3 stages of a fully integrated resort development comprising of commercial, light industrial, marina, hotel, and up-market lifestyle living. Stage 1 will comprise of hundred and eleven (111) residential lots, three (3) commercial lots and one (1) civic lot. Stage 2 will be dedicated to light industrial development. Stage 3 will comprise of 3 phases and will be an integrated resort development to the South of Sunshine Coast Gated Community with a timeline of 10 to 15 years from 2020. These plans are geared to ensure the security of investment through property appreciation, but more importantly that as Developers, we continue to support Governments Housing Policy in Nadi. The Final Phase of Stage 3 will be the development of the coastal area to have a marina that will cater for various ships and boat vessels either for docking or inter-island transfers.
