Tip: Roasting individual pieces of turkey reduces cook time and allows for more even cooking compared to a whole bird.

» Roast turkey breasts, drumsticks and thighs in a 350F oven until the thickest part of the meat (away from bone) reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

» For golden brown, crispy skin on drumsticks and thighs, increase heat for final 15 minutes of cooking.

Pick up a pork loin roast weighing 1 to 1.3 kg to serve a table of three to five people.
