Cadaretta Wines and Clayhouse Wines Cadaretta Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 Clayhouse Estate Paso Robles Petite Sirah, 2006 Under the same ownership, Cadaretta Wines and Clayhouse Wines each has its own regional focus. Cadaretta Wines produces premium wines primarily from vineyards in the Columbia Valley, while Clayhouse Wines produces wines from California’s Central Coast, principally from its estate vineyard near Paso Robles. Having his own brand allows Ramey to take chances in pursuit of greatness, and the results have been wines that frequently rank among the very best from California. The 2006 Ramey Hudson Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay is youthful and powerful, with green apple, citrus and vanilla character. Deftly balanced, it received a 91 from The Wine Advocate. About the Artist rachel ann austin
Rachel’s paintings reflect a sense of innocence with simple shapes and bold colors. Her mixed media map paintings touch on travel and the crisp moments of beauty we see around us everyday. Rachel exhibited at the Sun Valley Center Arts & Crafts Festival in 2009 and will be returning in 2010.
