Debuting in 2013 is the 164-passenger AmaPrima, sister ship to the AmaCerto, their largest and most imaginative ship. Inspired by classic luxury yachts, these vessels feature Twin Balcony staterooms (an AmaWaterways exclusive), a choice of indoor and outdoor dining venues, a heated swimming pool and a stunning glass elevator. This award-winning European fleet also includes the AmaVerde, AmaBella, AmaDolce, AmaLyra, AmaDante, and AmaCello as well as the beautiful AmaLegro and Amadagio, which cruise the Seine and Rhone Rivers respectively in France. Each provides the signature experience our passengers have come to expect from an AmaWaterways cruise. The newly-built Amavida will make her debut on the enticing Douro River in spring 2013. The redesigned AmaKatarina cruising on the Volga River boasts balconies in more than 70 percent of her staterooms. The AmaLotus and La Marguerite continue on the Mekong River, part of the “Vietnam, Cambodia and the Riches of the Mekong” program, while the beautiful Zambezi Queen was specifically designed for safari river cruising on the Chobe River.
