The app also builds a comprehensive picture of our community’s health, through your daily selfassessment answers. This will be critical in the event of a COVID-19 case at SUNY Erie. Should a COVID19 case occur within the College, the information you have been reporting daily through #CampusClear may provide important data to assist in contact tracing efforts. I accidentally logged symptoms that I do not have and am not cleared for campus access. What should I do? If you are not cleared for campus access by the app after incorrectly submitting symptoms, you can logout of the app and then log back in to complete the survey a second time with accurate answers. To logout, go to the menu in the app, then click on "My Account" and "Logout." Then enter your SUNY Erie email address to sign back in and repeat the survey. Please note that you may not proceed to campus until you have answered the daily question and have been instructed by #CampusClear that it is safe to do so. While the time of this notification cannot be changed, both Android and iOS allow you to customize notifications in various ways - for example, to set the notification to be silent so as not to wake you up. Check your device's advanced settings to edit your notification settings. I am having trouble installing the app. Who do I contact? The app does not use Bluetooth or GPS and does not track your location. I am experiencing a symptom or traveled to a quarantined area. What should I do? Users are only allowed on campus if they are experiencing none of the symptoms in the self-screening tool and have not traveled to a quarantined area as identified by New York State at https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-travel-advisory

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms, and have concerns, please call your healthcare provider. You should not return to campus if you are still experiencing symptoms. In some cases, you may be required to quarantine or self-isolate for a period of time. If you have any symptoms that require emergency medical treatment, such as difficulty breathing, call 911 and notify them of your symptoms. For those that traveled to a quarantined area identified by NYS, you should remain at home until the quarantined period has passed.
