Advanced Studies Lecturer Checklist Please use this checklist as a reference guide.

Before the Term I have contacted Caitlin Louth (louthc@ecc.edu) from the Advanced Studies department with the courses I intend to teach during the next school year. o Course Name o Course Number o Semester (Fall or Spring) of registration o Is the course full year or half year at your high school? o Do you need a SUNY Erie AS representative to give your students a presentation? During the Semester I had students complete an online Advanced Studies application using a personal email address. I sent 4 or more registration forms to the Advanced Studies Office by stated due date. o Forms can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the Advanced Studies Office. o You may want to keep a copy of registration forms for your records. I have distributed an updated course syllabus to the students within the first 2 weeks of class. I verified the class roster sent by lead teacher. o Sign and date roster if enrollment is correct. Students do not need to initial unless you prefer they do. o Scan or fax (851-1272) roster to the Advanced Studies Office. I notified the Advanced Studies Office and my lead teacher of any roster changes throughout the semester. End of Term I have submitted my grades to my lead teacher. I have emailed a copy to Caitlin Louth at louthc@ecc.edu
