Baan Sing Tha, Muang District, Yasothorn Province, is the commercial area since in the old day and became more flourish when it was under the influence of France. During that time, elites people imported the skillful artisans from Vietnam to construct the houses so the Chinese-European style were evidenced. Currently, this architecture can be seen on Sri Sunthorn Road, Nakorn Thum Road, Uthai Ramrit Road, and Wittaya Thamrong Road. Most of them are still in good condition giving the sense of the ancient time while some are abandoned.
