• Preheat the air fryer at 200C for 3 minutes. • Pat dry wings completely. • In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. • Toss wings in the mixture. • In two batches, air fry half the wings for 10 minutes. Flip to the other side and air fry for another 8 minutes. Repeat with the second batch. Note: For optimal crispiness, do not double stack or overcrowd the fry pot.

• In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper, onion powder, and minced parsley. Mix to combine. • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg. • Preheat the air fryer at 180C for 4 minutes. • Dip a chicken breast into the egg wash, and then dip into breading mixture. Evenly coat both sides. • Spray chicken with cooking spray and add to fry pot. • Air fry at 180C for about 10 minutes. • Flip and add marinara sauce and cheese. Air fry for another 5 to 6 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 80C. • Garnish with basil or parsley.

HOW TO: • In a medium saucepan, add water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. • Reduce heat to low, add flour to the saucepan in small increments. Stir constantly with a rubber spatula and cook until the dough comes together and is smooth. • Remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer the dough to a food processor. • Add eggs and vanilla extract to the work bowl and mix until the dough comes together and the mixture is a glue-like texture. • Transfer dough to a large piping bag with a large star-shaped tip. • On a greased baking mat, pipe churros into 4-inch lengths and cut the end with scissors.

• Refrigerate piped churros on the baking sheet for 1 hour. • Preheat the air fryer at 180C for 4 minutes. • Carefully transfer churros with a spatula to the fry pot, leaving about 1.2cm space between churros, and spray with oil. • Air fry churros in batches at 180C for 8 minutes. Turn and continue air fry for 6 minutes or until golden brown. • In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon to make the coating. INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup Green Apple – peeled and diced • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground • 1 tbsp Sugar • 4 Pre-Made Refrigerated Biscuit • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted – melted • 4 tbsp Confectioners' Sugar • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted – melted • 1/8 cup Milk, whole – warm

HOW TO: • Mix apple, cinnamon, and sugar. • Separate 4 biscuits from the can of dough and place the remaining biscuits back in the fridge. • Using a serrated knife, create a pocket horizontally, leaving 1/2 inch from the edge to form a pocket. • Spoon 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch biscuit edges to seal. • Shape each biscuit into a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch oval. Brush biscuits on all sides with two tablespoons of the melted butter. • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 350F. • Line the fry pot of your air fryer

with a piece of parchment paper (cut it to fit) and brush or spray lightly with oil. • Load 2 to 3 biscuits into fry pot. • Cook for 5 minutes, then turn biscuits and cook for 4 minutes. • While the biscuits cook, make the glaze. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the powdered sugar, two tablespoons of melted butter, and milk, stirring until smooth. • Remove biscuits and drizzle with glaze and powdered sugar. Allow to cool and enjoy!

WINTER WARMERS

KING PRAWN LAKSA Laksa is a popular noodle dish from Southeast Asia and is loved by many worldwide. It's creamy, spicy and topped with all kinds of delicious proteins of your choice.

INGREDIENTS: • 1 red chilli - thinly sliced • 1 vegetable stock cube • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 1/2 tbsp Thai red curry paste • 2 tsp fish sauce • 400ml coconut milk • 100g rice noodles • 150g cooked king prawns or another protein of your choice • 2 limes, juice of 1, the other halved • Some coriander - roughly chopped

HOW TO: • In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and the chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add the curry paste, mix and cook for another minute. • In a large container, add 700ml boiling water and dissolve the stock cube. Pour into the pan, and stir to combine. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to boil. • Put the noodles in and cook until soft. Add the fish sauce to taste. Squeeze in the lime juice and add in the prawns or your choice of protein for 2-3 minutes. • Serve in bowls, and add the coriander and lime wedges on top.

FRENCH ONION SOUP A bowl of rich french onion soup is perfect for warming up the belly during cold nights. This recipe is easy to make and serves 4 people, perfect for a family or friends.

INGREDIENTS: • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour • 4 tbsp butter • 3 large yellow onions - thinly sliced • salt and pepper to taste • 2 cup chicken stock • 4 cup beef stock • 1/2 cup white wine • Fresh thyme • 1 cup Gruyère - grated • 8 baguette slices

HOW TO: • In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the onion. Stir occasionally for 25 minutes or until the onion is deeply golden. • Add flour and cook for another minute; season with salt and pepper. • Add white wine and let it simmer until evaporated. • Add chicken stock, beef stock and thyme. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. • Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove thyme. • Place a generous amount of cheese onto each baguette slice. Set aside. • Preheat the oven to 200c. Divide soup into heat-safe ramekins and

place the baguette slices on the top. Place the soup on the top layer of the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes or until golden. • Top with thyme and serve optional.


LASAGNA - SKILLET STYLE Who says you can only make lasagna in an oven? For those who don't have access to an oven, try cooking lasagna - skillet style!

INGREDIENTS: • 1 onion - chopped • 2 minced garlic cloves • 3 cups marinara sauce • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning • 14 lasagna noodles (not no-boil) • 2 tbsp salted butter • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese • 1 cup mozzarella cheese • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese • 1/2 tsp kosher salt • salt and pepper to taste • Basil leaves

HOW TO: • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Cook, occasionally stirring, until the onion is tender and lightly browned, about 8 minutes. • Add the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Stir, reduce heat to low and simmer until thicken for 10-15 minutes. • Break lasagna noodles into 3 or 4 pieces. Add to boiling water and cook until tender. Stir frequently — Reserve 1 cup of cooking water and then drain. • Add the butter and parmesan

to the sauce and stir until it’s all combined and melted. Pop in the cooked lasagna and 1/2 cup of the reserved cooking water; stir to combine, adding the rest of the cooking water, so the noodles are well coated and a bit saucy. Add the mozzarella and stir until softened. • Remove the skillet from the heat and dollop the ricotta all over the top. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
