STEP 2. SOLIDARITY
STEP 1. ATTITUDE
This is where you will learn about the organization, about our projects, and our impact. This is a key period where you will learn to adopt the correct attitude, challenge your perspective, and have an openmind. This attitude is necessary to be a Super Youth.
After adopting the right attitude, you become part of a team in one of Super Tineri’s departments. Here you will develop your sense of community and learn the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
STEP 3. INVOLVEMENT
Actively participate in Super Tineri’s projects and feel the impact. Become further integrated into the Super Tineri community and be actively involved in facilitating and participating in a project.
STEP 4. RESPONSIBILITY
Take on a bigger role within the organization – become a department manager, task force leader, or become a coordinator. You will develop your leadership skills, time and team management, and will learn to become a more effective young person.
STEP 5. YOUTH
Become a project manager! Here you will develop your own project to address an unmet need in the community, and will work with the various departments to implement it. Project managers are key to engaging and developing youth to prepare them for a future leadership role in Super Tineri.
= SUCCESS
