Mentre la Manifattura si ispirava ai fiori secondo la maniera europea nel decoro “La Primavera”, nel 1750, seguendo il gusto delle nobildonne fiorentine per il découpage di fiori ispirati alle decorazioni dei Kimono Imperiali giapponesi e cinesi, creava questa meravigliosa decorazione chiamata per l’appunto “alla Coreana”. Protagonista assoluta è la peonia (Mudan), un fiore simbolo che nell’iconografia asiatica rappresenta il mese di marzo e quindi la primavera nonché l’amore, la bellezza femminile, la buona salute, l’onore e la felicità. Perfetto per completare un lifestyle zen ma anche per dare un tocco esotico al design più minimale. While the Factory was inspired by the flowers according to the European way featuring “La Primavera”, in 1750, according to the taste of the Florentine noblewomen for découpage flowers inspired by the decorations of the Imperial Japanese Kimono and Chinese, created this wonderful decoration called precisely “to Korean”.
