ONE PIECE CUSTOM STENCILS & TEMPLATES
A Stencil is a Template used to draw or paint identical letters, numbers, symbols, shapes, or patterns. Our Stencils are made of .030 thick white acrylic. There are no loose pieces in a properly designed Stencil. All pieces must be attached by a bridge (web).
A special font called “Stencil” is designed for lettering and numbering in a standard format. Other fonts may be used.
Logos and fonts other than Stencil will need bridging designed into the Template.
Our Stencils (Templates) are Laser Cut. The underside of the Template will show some discoloration from the Laser Burning Process. The top side will be clean and show very little evidence of Laser Cutting. A slight odor of burnt plastic will be noticeable on rush orders.
Templates larger than 21” x 28” will be cut in coded sections and packaged as sections.
Minimum letter height is 1/2”.
Size & Cost Calculations
Ordering a stencil with the word CAUTION in one inch high letters.
1. The desired letter height is 1” plus a minimum border of 1 inch top and 1 inch bottom = 3”
2. The length of the template is determined by the height of the letters. We can calculate that for you or in this case the length of is 5 “ plus 1” border at each end = 7”
3. Therefore, the template size will be 3” x 7” = 21” square inches.
4. Find 21 sq. inches (Item # SA30) on page 1454 and the price is $26.98 + Setup + Webbing Design.

Size & Cost Calculations
The best and most accurate way to get a price on a template larger than 18” x 25” is to send us a sketch and size of lettering or objects. We will do an approximate layout and send you a firm price. Any changes once the job is started will require requoting.

Stencils are LASER cut out of white acrylic material approx. .030 thick. The maximum Template size overall is 21” x 28”. The maximum stencil cut size is 18” x 25”.
Minimum Letter Height: 1/2” Add 5% for .060 white acrylic material.

Stencils are laser cut out of flexible white acrylic material .030 thick. The maximum size per piece is 21” x 28”.
The maximum cut size per piece is 18” x 25”.
Minimum letter height is 1/2”. All pieces will have alignment notches and will be shipped unassembled.
Add 5% for .060 white acrylic material.

These numbers are designed and laser cut to be used individually. Depending on the number size, there is approximately 1/2” -1” added to the top, bottom, and sides, of each stencil.
