To ensure that your order will be processed as quickly as possible and to ensure that all ship dates will be met, please be specific on your purchase orders. Please type or print legibly our item number, quantity, imprint color(s) and location, complete shipping information and any other information relative to your order. Factory will not be responsible for any misinterpretation of copy layout on handwritten orders or layouts. AVOIDING DELAYS Most order delays are due to missing information. Be sure to specify sizes, colors, and any personalization. It is important that a ship date be included on your order. The Supply Room, Inc. will only be responsible for meeting ship dates and cannot guarantee in-hand or special event dates due to carrier delays. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES The Supply Room, Inc. reserves the right to commence production upon receipt of the order. Customer will be required to pay for all work completed at the time of cancellation. Any changes requested after artwork has been prepared for production may incur additional charges. All cancellations and changes to any pending order must be submitted via email. PRICES Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact a customer sales representative to verify pricing before ordering. If there is a major price change, we will contact you before shipping the order. PAYMENT TERMS Visa, Mastercard, AE, and Discover orders are accepted. Credit will be extended on authorized purchase orders of local, state and government agencies. Terms are Net 30 days. All other orders, prior to shipment, must be paid in full by check, money order, or credit card. We will make partial shipments to meet customer deadlines. Partial invoices must be paid within our payment terms. BACK ORDERS Unexpected demands or production delays on occasion may result in items that are temporarily out of stock. It is our policy to ship all available merchandise and back order the balance unless customer specifies otherwise. MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS Missing or damaged merchandise must be reported at once upon receipt. A packing list is enclosed with each order and will list all merchandise shipped. Damaged shipping boxes must be noted as such and saved for purposes of insurance inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged items reported more than 48 hours after delivery. PRODUCTION TIME Standard production time is 7-10 working days from receipt of order and camera-ready artwork at factory. Orders pending pre-production proofs, artwork, credit approval, pre-payment, or special packaging may extend ship date. Any changes to an order in progress and/or art revisions will delay production and ship dates. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME DURING THE PEAK MONTHS OF OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER, AS WELL AS CUSTOM ORDERS AND ORDERS REQUIRING SPECIAL PACKAGING. SUGGESTIONS We value any suggestions, comments or criticisms you may have about our service, catalog or products. SHIPPING AND HANDLING All shipments are F.O.B. Oxford, AL with shipping charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Unless otherwise directed by the customer, all shipments will be routed by our shipping department. Shipping prices are subject to change. Prices stated on previous page are estimates; shipping costs include shipping expense and handling. INSURANCE All shipments shipped via UPS will be insured and the insurance charges included in the shipping charges. GUARANTEE We fully guarantee all merchandise against defects in material and workmanship. COLORS Colors shown in this catalog are as close as possible, but some variation may occur due to the printing process. Custom or reorders are best handled by sending a sample for us to match colors. ARTWORK Camera ready art is artwork with clean sharp lines that does not require any alterations or touch-ups. Photocopies, faxed artwork, sketches, business cards or any other imprinted products are not considered camera ready and may require an art charge. Art will be quoted before production begins if this is required. Art size and placement will be at the discretion of the Graphics Department. Please carefully proofread all artwork for accuracy as factory will not be liable for errors in submitted artwork. ELECTRONIC ARTWORK Artwork may be provided on CD-ROM or via email. Files submitted in vector format must have all fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths. We accept the following formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .jpg, .tiff. INDEMNITY When orders are manufactured to customer’s specifications, the customer shall hold The Supply Room, Inc. harmless from any liability for trademark, patent or other copyright infringements, proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal or intellectual property rights infringements or violations. All materials submitted by the customer for use by the factory to produce items ordered will be considered by the factory to be in full compliance with all applicable laws in regards to trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, or similar protection, and the customer has all of the legal rights and authorizations to grant factory a limited license for the express purpose of reproducing such materials on the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate legal lines to The Supply Room, Inc. for inclusion in the art. NATURE OF CERAMICS AND GLASSWARE Due to the inherent nature of ceramics and the properties of glassware produced by foreign and domestic manufacturers, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures, and color pigments may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. Ounces, sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch. These variations are within industry standard and therefore must be considered acceptable. GARMENT PRINTING Our shirts are pre-treated for garment printing; this is a special process that will bind the white underbase to the fabric. It is recommended to wash shirts before wearing.
