Important Terms and Conditions for online accounts opened through OTP based Aadhaar authentication (OTP – e-KYC)

Welcome to Indian Bank. You are eligible

1. To maintain minimum balance Nil and maximum credit balance of Rs.100000/-

2. To maintain overall cumulative credit /deposit within Rs.200000 till completion of biometric e-KYC

3. To receive ATM Card at your Aadhaar Address with maximum daily limit of Rs.10000/either through ATM or POS or both.

4. To operate the account at ATM, our mobile app and website after receipt of ATM card.

5. To visit Indian Bank branch selected by you and complete your biometric based KYC by submitting the copies of Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and the downloaded application; provide your biometric details at the earliest possible date, but before 12 months from date of opening such account.

Please note that at present your account is only OTP based KYC and hence not eligible

1. To continue operating the account beyond 12 months without completion of biometric e-KYC.

2. To continue operating the account after the maximum credit balance exceeds Rs.100000/-

3. To continue operating the account where the cumulative credit exceeds Rs.200000/-

4. To receive cheque book or cheque leaves.

5. To withdraw or deposit cash at branch

6. To purchase Demand draft as customer at branch

7. To open Term Deposit at branch

8. To deposit cheques for collection into the newly opened account.

9. To close the account without visiting the branch.

10. To open accounts if you are not a resident of India.
