The NewTown homes are specifically designed with ease and comfort in mind, and offer three floor plans. All homes are between 1300 and 1400 ft.² , And offer three spacious bedrooms and two full baths.
NewTown condos are unlike any duplex you may have lived in. They offer spacious floor plans ranging from 1730 ft.² to 1765 ft.², and are true condos, meaning they have central fire walls separating units from the adjacent unit.
The alley entrance garages allow for a more pleasing view of the front of the home, as well as providing plenty of parking for guests.
This means if you hear noises inside your home, either you’re making it, or it’s outside because a solid concrete wall separates you from your neighbor! Our condos offer all the noise cancellation privacy of a detached home with all the convenience of townhome living.
Enjoy the many amenities of the home including spacious kitchens with built-in dishwashers, built in electric ranges, refrigerators, microwave ovens, beautiful custom wood cabinetry, and pantry storage. The floor plans are designed to accommodate our guests’ different needs; while some homes have spacious breakfast bars and large dining rooms, others allocate their square footage to ample bedrooms and walk-in closets. All of our homes feature master suites with private en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. Our homes offer tiled floors, lush carpeting, and occasionally hardwood or laminate hardwood flooring. Each home boasts a cozy fenced backyard with private patio, just the right size for maximum comfort and minimal effort. Never mow, with our complementary lawn care, and charming flowerbeds we refresh on a yearly basis with new mulch and flowers as needed. All we ask is that you help us out by watering your flowers so that we can keep NewTown beautiful.
The floor plans offer two very different styles of home. The three bedroom three bath condos have a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, spacious living room, and large dining room all on the first floor. Upstairs in the three-bedroom condos is a charming reading nook in a dormer window, a beautiful hall bathroom with lovely tile floors, a secondary bedroom with ample closet space, and office or reading nook, and an oversized upper level master suite, large sunny windows, private master bath, and massive walk-in closet. The four bedroom condos offer the same amenities on the first floor but the upper level has two large secondary bedrooms, and upstairs laundry room, and a spacious master suite with private full bath and ample walk-in closet. All of our condos enjoy complementary heavy snow removal, and lawn maintenance just like our single-family homes.

This three bedroom two bath floor plan welcomes you into the home with a spacious 13’ x 18’ living room to your left and a hallway to your right. This hallway leads to two secondary bedrooms, a hall bath, a laundry room, and a spacious master suite with walk-in closet and private bath with dual vanity. The Fredrick is designed with a medium to large family in mind, with a kitchen that offers more counter and cabinet space than the other floor plans. Rental policy Washer/dryer hook ups are in all units. If not already included, washer and dryers are available for an extra $25 a month. Utilities are included with furnished rentals only, and include: gas, electric, trash, and water, as well as family cable & internet. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and a $300 non-refundable pet fee is charged per pet at the time of signing all leases. Month-to-month & short term leases are available on a case to case basis, and are offered based on availability and at the owner’s discretion.
Deposit on units is equal to one month’s rent. Leases must end on the 14th or the last day of the month. No partial extensions are permitted. (E.g. If notice is given on the 7th, the tenant is obligated until the last day of the month.) All month-to-month tenants intending to extend the lease must give notice by the 15th of the month or vacate the property and terminate the lease. NewTown homes & condos include yard mowing and heavy snow removal.

No alterations may be made to either the buildings exterior or interior without express consent of the owner.
Snow removal from sidewalks, private walk to front porch, and garage from home and driveways. Snow removal will be scheduled once every 24 hour peroid in which at least 3 inches of accumulation has occured.
No vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. should be stored in alleyway or street. Stored is defined as nonoperable or anysuch item that is not moved during a 24 hour period. Personal property and personal landscaping shall not be unsightly, unkempt, or present any safety hazards.
Alleys and streets are county property and snow removal is the county’s responsibility. Yards are mowed in a neat fashion in on a regular schedule. Maintenance of common-area plantings, sprinkler systems and signage.
