Dear FRG’s: We as DFMWR Entertainment/ Special Events would like to extend the invitation to you for your participation in this year’s Run to Remember, Rock the Hood on November 6, 2010 from 12-8pm at Sadowski Field in front of III Corps. Estimated attendance is 85,000. The participation requirements go as follows:
Each FRG will be provided a booth space at event (approximately 10 ft. by 10 ft.)
Groups may set up from 6-10am on November 6
All revenues from the day of the event will be the profit of your company
In order to participate, the following items must be completed and returned to Angela Oakley by 4pm on October 15:
Please read carefully the preventive medicine general provision and supervision packets. Fill out a preventive medicine application and meet all of their requirements. http://www.crdamc.amedd.army.mil/default.asp?page=envirohealth Submit a memorandum, which cannot be an on letterhead and cannot be signed by the commander requesting a fundraiser at Oktoberfest. Along with a copy of all food handling certificates and good booth permit. Submit these to Debbie Wiles at Debbie.wiles.@us.army.mil Please return the attached form to Angela.Oakley@us.army.mil
