V-Bite 6th December 2010 Hi Everyone Well it’s almost the end of Autumn term and we hope that its been a productive and enjoyable term for you all. Most of the volunteering placements registered with us recruit all year round but the following are especially keen to find volunteers:
1) Brighton & Hove Inclusion Project (ID Ref No.106) This project provides inclusive play, activities and support for children and young people aged 3-16 with and without special needs. The provision includes a Saturday morning play club, Saturday afternoon youth club, after school club and school holiday club. The project is looking to recruit Play &/or Youth Workers: If you are interested in working with children & young people and have an interest in child development through play, and/or in supporting youth people's independence and ownership of their own youth project, this opportunity may be right for you.
2) Working Together – Congo (ID Ref. Nos 553 & 554) This project is working to set up a training college for the many displaced Congolese, including many ex-child-soldiers, who have been affected by the
