Sutherland conducted an in-depth secondary research to understand the industry size, structure and leading players in this industry

The team evaluated various channels used to post jobs, like specific job portals, classifieds on popular sites, job boards on social networking sites and human capital management companies

Sutherland generated a list of potential acquirers and evaluated the rationale for each based on their offerings, past M&A activity, business fitment and potential benefits from the acquisition

In each organization, the team also looked for key personnel who should be approached to present the opportunity

Additionally, the team also analyzed past M&A transactions in the industry to provide a valuation framework for the potential transaction
