AEuSS G8 Candidates’ Platforms
President
Juan Melchor “Jimbo” P. Malig Ateneo Association of European Studies Students Electoral Campaign Platform for the Position of President Greetings and salutations to you, fellow orgmate! My name is Jimbo Malig, and I am running for the position of President of the organization that you are part of – AEuSS. These are fascinating times for the org, which is now on the eve of its second year of accreditation, and I am determined to lead AEuSS into greater heights than ever before. Service, Development, Involvement. These three words are what define my campaign platform. My vision for AEuSS is for it to be the top-class home organization known for its illustrious set of leaders and innovators: European Studies students It is my aspiration for AEuSS to continue to evolve and respond to the challenges the school and work environment pose, and work towards the continued development of its members and fellow EU students. And I will help you towards achieving this vision. As I’ve shown, service, development, and involvement will be the blueprint towards a more cohesive and integrated organization. “But how will I be able to do that?” you may ask. Therefore, I’ve laid out three concrete plans in order to facilitate in addressing the different setbacks in the org, and at the same time, nurture the growth and development of AEuSS and its members. They are Membership Engagement, Growth Enrichment Opportunities, and EU Gratification Development. 1. Membership Engagement AEuSS has a diverse range of members within its ranks, bolstering a fine array of unique specialties, skills, and abilities. And what better way to unleash these capabilities than to immerse the members in a wide range of projects, such as the Ateneo Model United Nations Conference, the EU-Philippine Business Seminar, the various GAs throughout the semester, individual projects of each ministry, team building sessions, skills development workshops and many more. In this way, the leaders of the project, as well as the core teams and different members are able to form a special bond with each other, thereby honing their skills in order to make each and every project more than just a success. AEuSS
has many opportunities for each of its members to engage on. The very essence of the Membership Engagement approach is that for even the nonactive members to take part in AEuSS’s endeavours and its successes, and know how it is to be part of not just an org, but more of a family. In order to do this, it has to come from the member base of the org itself: to become more approachable, not just in the org room or in the different projects, but in even the usual conversations and activities all around the university. As AEuSS, we want to become part of their future, and because we’re a family, we’ll help each other to get there. That’s what it means to become a home org. 2. Growth Enrichment Opportunities Just like what I’ve said, the lifeblood of AEuSS is with its projects and its members. As the months pass every school year, there are many lessons and successes that the members have experienced with their undertakings. But we’ve got to consider that each year, people come, and people go. But the way I this is that there is an opportunity in this. The org exists for longevity. That is why we need to fill in younger feet to fill the shoes of today and tomorrow. This is what Growth Enrichment Opportunities are about. The younger batches will eventually take the role of these responsibilities, and eventually manage AEuSS and its different projects. In this light, let us give them these leadership opportunities, to take the helm of proper management and guidance, and see and experience for themselves how it is to work for a particular project and reap the rewards of their hard-earned labour. This will not only come as a benefit for the org as a whole, but for the individual members as well; for them to realize that they can indeed Go Beyond the Limits. For growth enrichment opportunities, active members and veterans will be encouraged to give younger and less experienced members training and first- hand experience. This can be done in two ways: by offering opportunities to “head” positions of the various projects, and by holding workshops wherein leadership insights are shared by the more experienced AEuSS members. The membership engagement approach will play a hand-in-hand role towards promoting growth amongst young AEuSS members, but a combination of camaraderie and learning will help give the org that extra push to Go Beyond the Limits.
3. EU Gratification Development Many times have I been asked, or even experienced, the question “Why take up EU?” “What is it in this course that interests you?” Quite a number of my colleagues have left the course since the first year, and that troubles me as a European Studies student. However, this doesn’t mean that the European Studies program is below par. As AEuSS, there must be an initiative from within our ranks to impart that sense of empowerment for EU students, especially for the freshmen and sophomores. As a home org, this will prove to be immensely valuable for its members. One of the most important aspects that AEuSS should focus upon is to develop that sense of course pride for EU students: that there is indeed more to the course, and the org, than meets the eye. Just to set things into perspective, the European Studies program offers a whole diverse set of opportunities not just in the field of international relations and diplomacy, but also in business, politics, linguistics, education, and even more. And with this in mind, AEuSS can provide the helping hand in order for its members to ascertain their goals in whatever field they desire. The org will be key in raising the awareness of the importance of the European Studies program. If elected as president of this organization, I will reinforce the ties between the EU department and the organization; as well as creating more partnerships with other organizations in the Ateneo, particularly those of the Business Cluster. I desire to push through this route is because, practically speaking, the International Relations aspect of AEuSS has already been well-developed. Granted this prospect, tying up with business orgs will enable the International Business aspect of AEuSS to prosper more, through the different projects this will be a part of. Therefore, we can reach an all-around member growth for each and every member of the organization. And in the end, what we wanted to hear from the members, and all European Studies students is that “Indeed, I am proud of being a European Studies student!”
AEuSS continues to move forward due to its strong member base, topof-the-line projects and multifaceted ventures. Throughout the years, AEuSS has established itself as being capable of many such accomplishments that its members can be duly proud of. So the next step is to carry over this success towards achieving even greater feats in its second year of accreditation. Our journey has led us to many places, and we are still on the right track. And who is going to bring this organization into attaining its goals to become one of the leading organizations in the Ateneo? It’s YOU, my fellow AEuSS members. You are the lifeblood and the beating heart of AEuSS. We’ve been through a lot of struggles, commitments, and hard work. But in the end, what matters is that we share in the success of our dedication. Now, let’s take it to next level. And finally, this is my promise to you: if elected as President of this prestigious organization, I will do everything in my power to lead AEuSS for the betterment of its members. I will guarantee that its members will be fully engaged in all the endeavours that the org commits to. I will strive to develop leaders capable not just of leading the projects of this org, but to be able to face with conviction the trials of the challenging political, economic, and business world. And I assure you that in my term, I will give stronger meaning on what it is to become a full-fledged European Studies student and a member of AEuSS. And together, my fellow org members, we will steer AEuSS into greater heights.
DAVID SALVOSA for AEuSS President 2014
VISION • AEuSS: TRANSCENDED VISION WRITE-‐UP • In a micro to macro approach, I envision an AEuSS that sustains itself by continually molding its members through various programs that focuses on their holistic development. Wherein each individual would be able to reach their full potentials and take part in giving back to the organization. Thus creating members with a heightened sense of excellence that will establish a world-‐class AEuSS. This is AEuSS: Transcended and it begins with you. TAGLINE • "It Begins With You" THRUSTS • Leadership Empowerment o AEuSS paving the way for future leaders. Molding a more equipped and versatile pool of members that will create positive change to society. § Apprenticeship • We want to keep developing leaders to succeed those who are holding positions in the executive board. An apprenticeship program will help aspiring G8 members to be apprentices to ministers and other officers so as to be trained to lead AEuSS in their particular strengths. § Leadership Seminars • Leadership seminars help bring out the leaders in members of the organization and by holding leadership seminars, we help them realize their potentials as leaders by hearing it from leaders themselves. Leadership exercises in these seminars also help in realizing their potential. § AEuSS Pool of Leaders
•
•
•
Having a pool of leaders helps the executive board identify and filter members who have realized their potentials and are deemed fit for leadership. With the pool of leaders, they can be given avenues to further develop their leadership skills by giving them more tasks to further hone their aptitude.
Good Governance o An accountable and efficient AEuSS that ensures a more involved organization. With transparency, we will be able to have a G8 that will be within your reach. § Intensify: CIP • The code of Internal Procedure shall be strictly implemented so as to increase efficiency and to decrease the amount of possible problems that could be encountered in the planning and execution processes. A CIP Tracker will be established in a form of a calendar to be followed and a monthly status report for AEuSS to see so as to also increase transparency. § Project Streamlining • Project filtering will be done so as to employ projects that are more in line with the identity and vision of AEuSS as an organization highlighting quality over quantity of projects. This will help project teams with executing projects because of their knowledge of its principal objective. § Core Sustainability • The past and present leaders of AEuSS have done a lot for the growth of this organization especially with its accreditation and with that, I want to honor them by continuing their work and further grow in the development of organization setting a standard for future G8s to come. AEuSS: Identity Enhancement o Focusing on strengthening the identity of AEuSS by continuing and improving its mark in the Ateneo Community. § COA Grant Application • One of the highlights of AEuSS' first semester of accreditation was getting the 100% COA grant for MUN
§
§
•
and this had a big impact on the COA community which saw AEuSS being a story of the town, giving AEuSS instant PR. Next school year we want to continue application for the COA grant not only for the PR it entails but to help create better MUN conferences further enhancing AEuSS' identity of a world-‐class organization. AEuSS: Facelift • We want AEuSS to have a better-‐looking overall by giving it a facelift by improving AEuSS letterheads, fonts, online publicities, we can continue to improve on the overall image and identity of AEuSS as a good-‐ looking organization. Org Room Renovation • The AEuSS OrgRoom is home to a lot of members and we want to continue that by further enhancing our Org Room aesthetically by raising funds for better furniture, enforcing house rules and giving it a personal AEuSS touch that would make members feel like they’re home.
External Engagement o Providing avenues that promote collaboration among different sectors that will guarantee a well-‐rounded AEuSS. § University Linkages • AEuSS already has existing links with other universities like UP, FEU, UST, and CSB. We want to keep these relationships, building on them, whilst expanding to other universities so as to diversify and extend our network of organizations. § Model United Nations Community • One of the things that I want to establish is a community of universities who practice Model United Nations Conference so as to further enhance and develop our conferences for it' betterment by the help and insight of other universities, this way delegates, chairs, and the team can have better experiences handling MUN conferences. § AEuSS Gives Back
•
•
As an accredited Ateneo Organization, it is part of our mandates an organization to be persons for others, and with this i want to further develop AEuSS socially by keeping ties with Virlanie and expanding its horizons with the Office of Social Concern and keep AEuSS' tradition of outreach activities by visiting orphanages, home for the aged, and homes for special people. AEuSS Gives Back will keep us in line with being people for others, as we should be.
Holistic Development o Identifying, developing and maximizing member competencies to promote individual excellence towards a world-‐class AEuSS. § IAC Team for AEuSS • During my first year with AEuSS, I was part of its IAC team and we ended up winning the IAC trophy which was basically one of the highlights of my freshman year. I want to bring that back and continue that IAC team because nothing brings everyone together better and amps up the AEuSS spirit like a team in the IAC in sports like volleyball, futsal, and basketball. § Tambay Week: Level Up! • Tambay week is when all EU members come together to bond with one another as one AEuSS. We want to level it up by having more games, better events, and a much better facility for it. This in turn, helps members of AEuSS to be more cohesive and efficient as members who have created a strong bond together. § EuMan • One of the longest traditions of AEuSS is EuMan and it happens every year as a form of fellowship for members and just getting to know more the organization through its traditions. This shall be carried on to generations to build long lasting relationships between the whole AEuSS community.
Prime Minister
EARIEL DIMAGIBA FOR AEuSS PRIME MINISTER 2014 VISION Bringing AEuSS to its PRIME: a world-‐class AEuSS PLATFORM 1. Member Formation and Involvement a. For the further success of AEuSS, it is important for us to have a strong membership formation to transform into a world-‐class AEuSS.
DIRECTORSHIP I aim to provide all members the opportunity to join project teams and attend the events in order to give them the skills training and apprenticeship they need. I aim to encourage each member to be a part of at least one project team per semester through a member involvement plan and I aim to faithfully be in all meetings in order to monitor whether they are able to discharge their duties.
MANAGEMENT OF FAMILY SYSTEM The family system of AEuSS has been present for the past two years. I want the members of AEuSS to feel more at home through a more efficient family system by monitoring the activities of each family. This will pave the way for a stronger member bond and relationship with the organization.
STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION This will allow each minister, as well as the President and the Prime Minister, to monitor the progress of AEuSS through being able to assess the personal development of each member under the organization and to provide them guidance in relation to what more they can offer. At the same time, their comments and suggestions are welcome for the improvement of the organization.
2. Representation of AEuSS through Better Leadership Formation a. In order for AEuSS to be in its prime, leadership must be formed by the G8 and the members. PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE OF INTERNAL PROCEDURE
Being a recent accredited organization, it is important for AEuSS’ resources to be put in use through the best way possible by taking into action what we call project management. I aim to apply to best way of project management through phase management, planning, control, team management, communication, procurement, and integration. This will allow AEuSS to show itself as a prime organization. As Prime Minister, it is my duty to overlook on each project and to make sure that everything is going on plan.
MEMBER INVOLVEMENT PLAN Under the Member Involvement Plan (transcend), all members are able to participate in the events and project teams; however, there is a limit in the number of teams a member is allowed to participate in to give way to other members of the project core, as to avoid having projects at the same time. The teams will establish a regular meeting schedule (where all members of the team is available), which I will also be overseeing. To accomplish the project’s goals, it is important for each team to have a periodic team goal setting. *The strict implementation of individual consultation for deputies and project core members (as stated in the membership formation and involvement) is to be applied in this plan.
3. Efficient and Effective G8 System a. As Prime Minister, it is my duty to (how do I say make the relationship of the G8 tighter). With the hard work and effort that the past leaders and members put into the organization, building a more efficient and effective G8 system will provide AEuSS more opportunities. Core sustainability is important; yet, we must keep in mind that it is better to defy your limits.
FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS During the G8 meetings, all ministers must provide their input for the strategic direction of the organization through setting goals and providing guidance in each ministry. Only meeting once a week, it is mandatory for all the G8 to attend, to leave everything behind them and focus on the concerns and issues of the organization. I want to promote focused meetings by preparing the agenda in advance every month so that I may relay the information to the other members of the G8; however, the agenda may be edited only as to adding to it.
G8 TRACKER In line with the weekly meetings of the G8, I intend to provide a calendar of activities every month so that all members of the G8 are
up to date with the activities of the organization and avoid schedule conflicts. The calendar will be updated every week (the day before the weekly G8 meeting) including updates from each ministry.
SUSTAINABILITY In order to maintain core sustainability, I want to implement a whole year project-‐based training for eligible members who would want to apply for a G8 position for the next academic school year. This will provide the future G8 an easier and more effective transition other than the final transition seminar. TRANSITION PROJECT Having EU Week as the culminating project of AEuSS, I see it as an opportunity for the current G8 members to team up with the interested members, who are running for the next executive board, for each project they will be organizing for the week. This will also allow the current G8 members assess whether those interested are ready to uphold the position.
Minister of Diplomacy
Rianna Margarita P. Garcia II-‐AB European Studies, International Relations Position of Interest: Minister of Diplomacy If elected and awarded the honor of becoming the Minister of Diplomacy for school year 2014-‐ 2015, I will give nothing but my full effort to provide an efficient and effective Ministry of Diplomacy, not only for its members but also for the European Studies Department as well. In doing so, I will be guided by the two main thrusts I envision for the ministry to have for the incoming school year. These thrusts are gaining operational recognition and dynamic support not only from the Loyola Schools community but also from influential institutions such as embassies, consular offices and other universities in the country and abroad. To more completely define the thrusts I have given above, I present this platform along with my proposed activities for the organization that will be spearheaded by the Ministry of Diplomacy. Operational recognition is focused on getting the spotlight on the EU identity and the AEuSS brand. This school year signified the first year of accreditation for the organization and activities were geared at getting the LS community to be aware of what AEuSS is all about. Continuing from that, shining the spotlight on AEuSS would facilitate the shaping of the EU identity for its members and getting the public to recognize this very identity. The first project aimed to achieve operational recognition is a monthly publication of AEuSS’s stand on particular EU-‐Philippine issues. As an organization part of the Analysis and Discourse Cluster and as an organization that aims to develop the international relations and international business skills of its members, AEuSS should strive to make the LS community more knowledgeable and aware of EU-‐ Philippine relations. The organization’s statements and stands will be published on the AEuSS WordPress alongside posters and info graphics that will be posted on-‐campus, on the AEuSS Facebook page and through various social media outlets such as Twitter. The second project is the rebranding of the MUN Workshops alongside the creation of an MUN Delegate Pool. Rebranding the MUN Workshops means that the project will now not only be aimed at training and equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed in order to become a delegate that culminates with their participation in the Ateneo Model United Nations Conference but rather, the workshops will now serve as prerequisite training for those participants who wish to become delegates in conferences outside Ateneo. The MUN Delegate pool is a group of students who will become the representatives of AEuSS and Ateneo to both national and international MUN conferences such as the PhilMUN, NTUMUN and JUEMUN. The third project is the MUN @ Partner University. This project aims to create partnerships with universities in order to teach them the concept, purpose and the
procedures of MUN as well as conduct trainings for delegates and the members of the Dais. th The fourth project is the 5 Ateneo Model United Nations Conference. As the flagship project of AEuSS, the AMUN is one of the defining symbols of the organization th and the EU identity. The two main goals of the 5 AMUN are to have a larger participation from members of the organization, EU majors and Atenean students and have the participation of international delegates as well as delegates from the partner universities. On the other hand, dynamic support is focused on the establishment of long-‐ lasting partnerships with key EU offices, institutions and organizations in the Philippines which are geared towards the sustainability of the organization. These partnerships will bring forth opportunities for members to become more aware and deepen their knowledge of the roles played by these key institutions in terms of both international relations, especially that of the Philippines and the EU, and international business. In turn, these institutions will provide support for the organization through endorsements and sponsorships. As what this platform suggests, my ultimate goal is to shine the spotlight on the EU identity and getting the organization the recognition it duly deserves from the Ateneo community and the public. Through these projects, I hope to create a well-‐ rounded and more involved Ministry of Diplomacy as one of the pillars of AEuSS. This platform is also centered on strengthening and deepening the ministry’s existing roots in the organization. Though the road to achieve this goal seems long and winding, we must always remember that it is the journey towards this very goal that makes each and every step we take together worth it in the end.
Minister of Human Resources
Association of European Studies Students Elections PLATFORM NAME OF CANDIDATE: Roxanne T. Monteclaro DESIRED POSITION: Minister for HR If elected into the position of Minister for Human Resources, my primary goal would be maintaining organizational membership. I believe that we can attain this goal by addressing three issues: member interests, member utilization, and finally, the identity of the organization. Member interests I fully believe that the jurisdiction of this ministry lies not only in making sure that members of the organization are happy and content with how the organization functions. In cooperation with the Ministry of Secretary General, I believe that a more decentralized way of disseminating information would benefit the members. Continuation of the family system would be beneficial in this endeavour as it would be a venue wherein members would be able to receive information regarding the events and news inside the organization. I likewise believe that the following projects would also aid in furthering my primary goal: a. Tambay Week b. Sportsfest An event that aims to show the competitive side of its members through various sports. c. Noël/Weihnachten/La Navidad An event that would be held on the day of the Christmas break. Its primary purpose is to let the members celebrate the start of Christmas vacation with other orgmates in order to better know them. d. EU Night Similar to this year’s Supra:EU Night, EU night will be an event celebrating the end of A-MUN and the school year. e. Seniors Send-Off An event whose primary purpose is to give the graduating students a send-off. AEuSS style. I believe that the enumerated projects above would aid in fostering the right familial environment for the members. Member utilization Utilization of members is perhaps one of the primary issues any organization face. In order to address this problem, I believe that by constantly updating and presenting the various and upcoming projects of this organization, students would be interested enough to volunteer and become an active member. Bi-semestral Individual Consultations would also help in making sure that members are still doing their best in school and making sure that they would still be willing to be part of our organization. Also, acknowledging the skillset of the members and creating workshops for them would also hone their skills. Identity of the organization It has come to my attention that most students don’t know the vision and mission of our organization. I fully believe then that by strengthening our image and by reintroducing it to its members, students would be able to see a path that would lead them to fulfilling their goal. The
fortification of our image would also help members have a clear view of what we stand for. With this newfound clarity, students would be able to see that this organization is, indeed, for them. This clarity would then be beneficial for the future membership of the organization. I believe that by having a clearer identity, members would be able to see the potential of this organization. However, we should not limit our membership to students of the EU program. As EU students, I believe that we can uphold the motto of the EU Unity in Diversity even in our organization. With that said, I believe that opening our doors even to students not of the EU program would help in our development as an organization. I believe that the utilization of the skillset of students in various programs would be able to help in the growth of our organization. Although these students come from different courses, it is their interest in Europe that made them choose to join our organization and we should to accept their willingness to join. Their knowledge in various topics would also benefit our organization in other endeavors.
Minister of Home Affairs
Ateneo Association of European Studies Students Joy-‐Ann Teope for Minister of Home Affairs “Together let’s build the foundation of the next globally competitive leader. AEuSS, let’s make it happen!” Vision: To empower and nurture members to become globally competitive professionals. Ateneo AEuSS always urges its members to go beyond their limits. In line with this goal, it is important to prepare the organization’s members to face a globally competitive setting. This upcoming school year, the Ministry of Home Affairs is determined to create a nurturing environment that would allow its members to capitalize on their abilities as leaders for the organization. As the next Minister of Home Affairs, I want to focus on leadership formation whilst sustaining pre-‐established projects that have always been with the Ministry of Home Affairs keeping in line with its constitution. Leadership Formation •
Providing avenues for members to realize their potentials as competent leaders able to make a difference in society. o Training Aspriants Program (TrAP) § This project aims to enhance the skills of those aspiring to become future deputies and members of the G8. Trainees will be taught the basic responsibilities of a deputy and a G8 member so as to prepare aspirants for the work that they would do. o Deputy Orientation § Deputies are the right hands of ministers and as their right hands deputies must know the job that deputyship entails, With this project, deputies will know what their jobs are in heading projects and their potentials as future ministers.
Academic Development
•
As the Minister of Home Affairs I am tasked to provide an intellectually stimulating environment for the organization’s members that would allow them to flourish as academically competent individuals. o Share YEuR Knowledge § Launched this year, Share YEuR Knowledge provides AEuSS with notes that are useful for their academics more importantly on EU major subjects. This year, the Ministry will continue this service for its members in order to sustain academic excellence within the organizations. o Track Orientation § This is an annual project of AEuSS. It aids incoming sophomores of the EU in deciding which tracks to take: International Relations, International Business, and Culture Track. o EU Current Events Bulletin § This is a new project that aims to keep members in track with the current issues of the EU. Knowing the current situation and problems of the EU would help students to understand how concepts taught in their classes could be applied in addressing problems on the Union.
Professional Involvement •
o
o
Life outside of Ateneo as an EU major poses challenges, this is why the Minister of Home Affairs creates projects that will show its members the world outside of Ateneo. The Ministry will show the relevance of the concepts learned in school and showcase the diversity that an EU major contributes to the society. Institutional Visit § This project allows students of each track of the European Studies Program to have first-‐hand experience of how it will be like to work in an embassy, a bank, or a cultural institution. It allows them to see the how the theories and concepts learned from their professors are applied in real life situations. Career Talk § The Career Talk aims to give its members to see what the outside world is through the lens of alumni who have started working. It shows them the challenges and the benefits of looking for work as an EU major. Moreover, members are able to pick up helpful tips from alumni with first-‐hand experience.
Minister of Finance
Kimberly Ann S. Mendoza 2 AB European Studies As a recently accredited organization, the Association of European Studies Students aspires to do greater things each year. Our goals become bigger and better, which shows the capacity of AEuSS to continually grow and improve. Thus, this entails that our projects should likewise expand to a larger audience as well as bring new records and achievements for the organization itself. But this also means that we will need a more flexible budget to accommodate these changes. To attain this, I hope to hold a few additional fund-‐raising events to generate more funds for AEuSS. It can be as little as bake sales and garage sales, for example. In this way, we can finally financially support the projects that had to be compromised before. We will be able to increase the allowance allotted for each event, so we no longer have to worry as much when it comes to providing what's best for the organization. However, despite the intention to increase the allocation of budgets for projects, it is still important for the organization to be wise when it comes to maximizing these funds. There is still a need to filter through the future expenses projects will intend to incur. Therefore, I plan to propose an official process for budget request during the preparation stage of the events. It will include a submission of an estimated report of expenses for approval. This will help in making sure that the allocated budget for a project is just enough to cover the necessities, but without having to compromise quality. This will also encourage project teams to spend wisely and within the budget, rather than extravagantly. Most importantly, it can also help reduce the risk of losing large amounts of money, as all expenses have to be approved first. Although it may seem a lot of work, the process of budget request aims to organize the system to avoid any mismanagement or loss of funds. Honesty and transparency are two key characteristics that should be deeply enrooted in the finance department. The members of the organization trust that the finance team will be able to wisely manage all money matters, as well as carefully secure the funds. Thus, it is only appropriate that the whole organization be updated on all the financial transactions, especially during projects. I then intend to post a public database that will cover the organization’s activities concerning the use of funds. This will include reimbursement requests, expenditures, fundraising income, and the like. The database will serve as a medium to inform AEuSS members how our money is used and where it’s going. In conclusion, I want to organize the processes within the department so there can be a more efficient and effective administration. I also wish to increase the allocation of budgets for the projects because I want to provide AEuSS with a wide range of options. I believe that the organization doesn’t need to settle for anything less as it is capable of
achieving great heights. Hopefully, with these improvements, I can help concretize the goals we have envisioned for AEuSS.
