Bill Battle Director of Athletics

Dear Tide Fans: What a memorable year it’s been so far! Another BCS National Championship, a Men’s Golf National Championship, outstanding new coaching hires, and remarkable new facilities…just to name a few highlights. Congratulations to the University of Alabama staff, and to you – the Tide’s biggest supporters – on all of the continued accomplishments. In the midst of the achievements, we experienced the loss of a great leader and friend in Mal Moore. His life was truly a story, and his legacy a road map for the future. I know we are all so grateful for his tremendous service to this University, his guidance of Alabama Athletics, and his judgment to hand over the reins to Bill Battle. It was an honor to work for Mal, and it remains an honor to do so now for Coach Battle. We are anxiously looking forward to having you back in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Our staff has been working hard on creating enhancements to the services offered to you --- and they do so because they genuinely care about you and your game day experience. We all want this to be your best year yet in The Zone! Please use this Services Guide to answer any questions that you may have concerning club policy or the services available to you, but never hesitate to contact our Crimson Tide Hospitality Office at any time for assistance. Thanks for allowing us to serve you! Roll Tide!

Roy W. Robertson, Jr. President & CEO

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: What if I don’t live near Tuscaloosa and I can’t make it to the scheduled servicing times to stock my locker? A: Many out-of-town members call on local friends & family for help. But if that’s not an option for you, let us know. Q: One of my guests would like to bring their infant to the game. Do they need a Zone ticket for the infant? A: Yes. Athletic Department policy states that everyone, regardless of age, is required to present a ticket to gain admission into BryantDenny Stadium. Q: What if I forget my locker combination? A: During the week, please contact The Hospitality Office for assistance. On game day, there will be a Pouring Room Attendant available that can provide you with your combination. Q: Why do I have to wear a wristband throughout the game? A: We have found that a wristband system coupled with secured entry points is the best way to protect the exclusivity of certain levels. Anyone with a valid wristband may travel throughout The Zone without any problem. Anyone without a wristband will be stopped and asked to leave. On game day, please do not remove your wristband, as a replacement will not be provided. Q: Where will my wristband allow me to go? A: Your wristband will show that you belong in The Zone-South, but you will also have access to the upper deck via the stairs. Keep in mind that your wristband does not allow you to exit and re-enter the stadium, or enter skybox or North club levels. Q: Are the TVs available for viewing other sporting events? A: Yes, please visit the club level management station located near the west entrance of The Zone to make requests. Q: After the last game, what do I do with the items in my locker? A: Following the final home game of the season, there will be opportunities for you to clean out your locker. (Please see page 5). Q: Is The Zone available for rent for a private function? A: Yes, contact the Hospitality Office for more information.
