Vaikundarajan Shares His View For The Residents Of Campa Cola

This Tuesday Supreme court has passed the judgment on the stay order of the Campa Cola Housing Colony which was not appealing to its residents. They were told to vacant the colony as soon as possible stated by Vaikundarajan.

The Bench of Justice had expressed apprehension over the manner in which the application was listed in the court.

Justice Khehar told senior counsel Raju Ramachandran,

materialized for Campa Cola Residents Association saying that they should not take court for a ride. The information provided to us said that some people were being thrown out of their houses and so it was decided to be heard. Mr. Ramachandran in return has apologized, said he was not part of the counsel who has brought up to the table. He also mentioned that the RTI information has specified that there was an exercise of compositing the breach by the duty of Rs. 6 lakh, which was supposed to be paid by the developer of the society.

Vaikundarajan shared because of all these happenings the court gave a strict judgment for the residents of the society.

As the date was being pushed further since very long time.
