50 CEOs and $50,000 with 3 weeks to go The 2010 Vinnies CEO Sleepout in WA has just registered its 50th participant and clicked over $50,000 in fundraising efforts. The latest CEO to sign up is Wiggy (Elizabeth) Saunders of LunchBox List, Perth’s fastest growing network for women in business. Wiggy will be joining fellow participants Anne Arnold, CEO REIWA, Jan Stewart, CEO Lotterywest and John Poulsen, Managing Partner of Minter Ellison to sleep out on a cold winter’s night to get a glimpse of what life is like for 105,000 Australian’s who live homeless. The CEO Sleepout is an experiential event that will be held on the evening of June 17 in all capital city’s around Australia at prominent locations, with WA’s to be held at major sporting landmark, the WACA. WA is aiming to attract more than 100 CEOs, business and community leaders and raise over $1.5 million nationally to go directly towards the ongoing provision of the St Vincent de Paul Society’s homeless services across the country.
