ABOUT S WA B A C K S W A B A C K is a team of dedicated professionals providing comprehensive architectural design, interior design, and environmental design services for extraordinary properties and clients worldwide. A growing portfolio of repeat clients is a testament to a consistently rewarding and enjoyable co-design process. From the start, S W A B A C K set out to establish an organization of sufficient depth to undertake very special projects and develop extraordinary design. This clear focus and dedication, stretching over 40 years, has resulted in a an assembled team of experienced and specialized staff professionals that have acquired a comprehensive understanding of the high demands necessary to accommodate optimum function, efficiencies and operating potential. S W A B A C K has participated as architect and designer for clubhouses across the US and internationally. Exclusive resort clubs on the Baja peninsula from Cabo San Lucas to Puerto Penasco; Private clubs in alpine climates of Lake Tahoe and Castle Pines, Colorado; and a wide variety of large and small, resort, public, semi-private and private clubs in Arizona, on Indian Nations and throughout the Southwest. This broad experience offers a unique understanding of varying design processes, demographics and design character appropriate to the region. Since its inception in 1978, SWABACK has developed a corporate cultural and respected design portfolio based strongly in sustainable building practices. Growing recognition and appreciation for this design approach has been applied to all of S W A B A C K â&#x20AC;&#x2122;S designs, including public and private clubs, resorts, resort residential developments, hotels, restaurants and spas.

Our past clubhouse and hospitality experience has proven that every project must be programmed and designed with the thorough research that would be necessary if we were designing a clubhouse for the fisrt time. No two projects are the same; some cater to members (luxurious locker rooms & facilities, etc.), while others focus on front-end cost rather than long-term value. Programs also vary for temporary facilities, combination clubhouse/sales center, etc.
