This great Pakistan-embracing journalist Aziz Burney had alleged in one of his articles that the Indian Army was responsible for 26/11 Mumbai Islamic terrorist attack in 2008. He has been persistently carrying on a strident anti-national Islamist propaganda through his venom-spitting articles against the Indian Government, Indian Army and the Hindus of India.

Government of India would view this as a “secular” act and a striking symbol of expression of “Minority Rights” Aziz Burney has also been virulently vocal IN HIS VITUPERATIVE MULLAH ASSERTION that the RSS was also responsible for the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai in 2008. In the early part of the year 2009, this “noble and compassionate Muslim” (testimonial given by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Chidambaram, Digvijay Singh and other terrorism Islam-embracing CONgressmen) wrote an article in which he said that the ATS chief Hemant Karkare, who lost his life in the terrorists’ attack on Mumbai in November 2009, was killed by the Indian Army.

He had also alleged that RSS and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi were involved in this terrorist attack on Mumbai. Was not Aziz Burney guilty of treason? For anti-National writers like Aziz Burney only the ISI in Pakistan stands for ‘Global Peace and Tranquility’! For journalistic gangsters like him, only the RSS is a terrorist organization and not Allah’s own SIMI. In August 2009, Aziz Burney was dragged into a Session's Court in Mumbai for publishing anti-India articles in his Sahara Group Publications. That case is still going on in that Court.

That case against Aziz Burney was filed by Shri Vinay Joshi, a social worker from Mumbai. On that occasion, Shri Joshi had said, “Burney is always writing against the security system, secret agencies and foreign Ministry of this country.

Therefore, we have filed a case against such writings. We have also made a demand to book Burney under MCOCA or National Security Act and to take necessary action against him.” The advocate of Shri. Joshi had stated that the case against Burney had been filed under clauses 121, 107, 108, 117, 124(A), 153 (A)(B), 502 (2) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case was filed on behalf of his client V.V. Joshi by Advocate Prashant Maggu in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Navi Mumbai on August 7, 2009 under IPC Sections of 121,108,107,117,124(A),153(A),153(B),505(2) and 506. The lawsuit said that after 26/11 Mumbai Terror attack Roznama Rashtriya Sahara had been consistently publishing the reports of RSS involvement in the attack.

Shri V.V Joshi stated in his petition that the writings of Aziz Burney were running counter to and completely contradicting the Official Statements made

by External Affairs Ministry as well as Union Home Ministry and Mumbai Police regarding total Pakistani involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai Islamic terrorist attacks of 2008.

The case is still going on in the Navi Mumbai Court. It is understood that the Police have completed their investigation and that there is every possibility of a non-bailable arrest warrant being issued against Aziz Burney, the unabashed champion of Islamic terrorism in India. In this new unfolding situation for the sworn enemy of the citizens of India, it has been reported that Aziz Burney has expressed an al taqquiya apology on the front-page of both the Hindi and Urdu editions of Rashtriya Sahara. The apology is titled “Aziz Burney ki taraf se safaai aur maafi” (A clarification and apology from Burney).

After all, I just expressed my doubt about the RSS, against which organization the slain ATS chief Hemant Karkare was investigating in connection with the Malegaon September 2008 blasts. I never said Pakistan is not involved in the attack.”

I am giving below the text of the original email apology from Aziz Burney to VV. Joshi dated 28th January 2011.

You had filed court suit against me and Sahara Publications in Navi Mumbai court for my articles regarding Mumbai attack. I never wrote anything to deliberately hurt the feelings of anyone. But if you are disturbed or

hurt due to any article or anything I quoted in my article, then I am extremely sorry for this. Hope you would accept my apology.

Also I am requesting you for the immediate withdrawal of court case filed against me in Navi Mumbai court, as it is creating professional difficulties for me and I cannot afford to bear cost of litigation. I never intended to target India's security apparatus and any patriotic organisation working in India. but if there are any references made in my articles by mistake then I am really sorry for that. I assure you that I will not write anything in future that may hurt anyone and I will take utmost care for the same. Expecting quick withdrawal of court case once again.”

I am calling the above apology of Aziz Burney, a typical Al Taqquiya act of dissimulation and deception practiced by him in the best traditions of Islam. My discerning readers would note that this radical Islamist Aziz Burney has not withdrawn his seditious book from circulation! It is only the really impending threat of being locked up in jail for a long time that has made this Islamic bully come out with the pretension of offering an apology to V.V Joshi. I am heartened by the tough stand taken by V.V Joshi who has openly declared that he has no intention of withdrawing his criminal case of sedition against Aziz Burney filed in a Navi Mumbai Court. Our Nation is proud of the fact that V.V Joshi has seen through the Al Taqquiya deception and fraud by Aziz Burney.

Further the stinking political scoundrelism of this Islamist Aziz Burney, cast in the mould of a Jinnah or a Suhrawardy of Calcutta “Direct Action” fame, came to the fore when he exclaimed: “If my views are so annoying for RSS then why L K Advani invited me to speak in a program three days ago in New Delhi where the Urdu translation of his book “My Life My Country” was released. If my views are so disturbing for the Government of India then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh should not have taken me on his trip to France and Egypt recently.” This open threat packaged in the form of an innocuous observation is enough to qualify him for the Award of Padma Vibhushan, (if he is unlucky to miss the Bharat Ratna Award) for Promotion of Communal Harmony on 25 th January 2012! Government of India would hail him as the Maulana Azad of today!

Aziz Burney and Digvijay Singh are the two sides of the same Islamic coin of Congress Secular terror against the Hindus of India. Digvijay Singh and Rahul Gandhi are the two sides of the Congress in-house “Secular” terror against the Hindus of India. Lat year in the month of December 2009, I came across the following map of India drawn by the anti-Indian Islamists in the Pakistani paper website www.pakistanakhbar.com.
