March saw the club play our first gala day for two years. Members played for the Murray Ranyard Shield which was won by the team of Stan Barclay, Amy Milligan, Frank DeGraaf and Linda Gooley.

Join us for a couple of games on the pool table! All welcome to come and join in.

Brush off those Dutch language cobwebs and come along for a chat. Whether you would like to learn more or reminisce on the older times, all are welcome.

COFFEE AND CATCH UP CLUB An informal get together for people who haven’t been out much or people who would like to chat and relax with friendly folks. Make new friends or meet with old ones. All welcome! BYO cup if you would like a hot beverage.

HEART FOUNDATION WALKING GROUP Residents of Rowethorpe and Bentley Park are welcome to join us for a 30 minute walk. We start at 7.30am every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. The walks are free to join and are followed by tea and coffee and a chat. A great way to make new friends! Walk at your own pace. Some stride it out while others go along at a more leisurely pace or use walking frames.

FISH ‘N’ CHIPS ON STRATTON Our next Fish n Chips luncheon will be celebrating Easter, please wear yellow and your ‘Bunny Ears’. The Entertainers will be ‘Bling’. Due to social distancing, seating is limited. Bookings must be made.

FRIDAY NIGHT FLICKS Our April movie is ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ starring Glenn Carter, Jérôme Pradon, Rik Mayall. A rock musical version of the Passion Play, seen from the point of view of Judas, by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. The SwanCare bus begins picking up at 6.00pm, and takes you back home.

Services CARE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP Join us as we study the bible, worship and pray together. Also, we have a different speaker every week. It’s close to home and enjoy a cuppa on us afterwards.
